The apartment is brand new. The view is fantastic and the beds are super comfortable. It’s good to stop over from Mersouga to Fes. Highly recommended!

Hamid’s place is simply beautiful. Quiet, calm, safe neighbourhood with an amazing view from the apartment onto wide green pastures. Close to Masjid and the famous ‘Souq al-arbua’. Hamid was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed advice/help. Great place for kids and families, would highly recommend.

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street… Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

The villa is exceptional. Very large, very beautiful and the best part is the pool and the beach not too far away. We had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. very good stay at Astrid and Jaouad 's. the apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. close to shops and restaurants secure parking, top caretaker. very nice to have the pool just downstairs having a swimming supervisor for children. communication with Astrid and jaouad is very good, very responsive. the key exchange was done by their mom who is very kind too. we know where to come for the next few times.

Photos are accurate. Good interior. Free AC. Responsive host. It’s a bit far from tourist sites. You will need to take a taxi to most places. Not a lot to do or eat right around there.

Fantastic host. Made check in/out so easy. Speaks fluent English so communication was excellent. Gave good recommendations and checked that everything was going ok. The apartment itself is the ground floor of a villa. 2 minutes walk to the beach and theme park, which is good for kids. Parking outside the flat on the Street. Only place I’d stay in when returning to mehdya. Thanks for everything, will see you soon
