If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

We stayed in Lydia's Riad for 3 nights. Prior to our stay, Lydia was always responsive to our requests so that we could prepare for our stay in the best conditions. Abdellatif and Aïcha welcomed us very warmly. The Riad is majestic and took our breath away as soon as we arrived. We took a trip thanks to Abdellatif who was great (2 hours with a driver overlooking the medina!) They also found us a taxi to get to the airport in the middle of the night. A big thank you to all 3 of you and have a great time 😊

Our family had a great stay at Fatima’s place. The host was very accomodating and proactive with her communication and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The location was great in the middle of the Medina. We would recommend to anyone visiting Fez who would like a local experience in the Medina.

We loved this place! Great host and housekeeper and a lovely breakfast included. One large and lovely bedroom with attached bathroom, and another lovely but slightly smaller bedroom with attached bathroom. Charming sitting areas throughout. And there was no external noise or bother. We could walk out into the Medina for every possible need.

What a lovely welcoming place this is! We had the chance of meeting Anne and Ian, who are wonderful hosts and who had so much to share with us. Not only did they sent us a guide to the city before our arrival but they were always available to answer our questions and make useful suggestions. Ian made us a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh orange juice, homemade jams and different kinds of moroccan bread. The house is beautiful, every single corner is tastefully made and makes you feel at home, the bedrooms are spacious and the terrace has a great view on the city. And we really enjoyed being around the 4 cats.. it was difficult to say goodbye!

This was a very lovely stay in Fes, right in the Medina. The riad is so big and very unique. Having Imane host was really very special and truly made the visit to Fes very memorable. The breakfasts that Imane made were delicious and the tea was the best we had in Morocco.

I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Fez, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The apartment is impeccably clean and remarkably well organized, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the staff is extremely responsive and attentive, which makes all the difference. I'm already looking forward to returning and finding this apartment on my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality accommodation in Fez!

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

We had a great stay at Sameer's apartment, Sameer is a great host, the accommodation was clean and in a great location with pleanty of facilities near by, free onsite parking was also available. the apartment is really spacious and was more than what we needed as a small family. Sameer apartment is where we shall be staying in all our future trips. i highly recommended this accommodation for families.

Had a great quick stay at Natalia’s place in Fes. It was easy to find, and very comfortable for the price.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was super clean, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. It was also easy to find, and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother—quick and hassle-free! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything so much easier. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time! Naima is a host as we almost see more. She cares about the well-being of her guests, her apartment is furnished in fact to make you feel at home. Everything is very clean both the apartment itself and the bed linen, bath towels... It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with pod, laundry, iron, buoy and children's armband, sea shoes...) really nothing is missing. The residence is very secure with security guards who make rounds very often. Large parking lot in the residence. Very clean pools, many restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 minutes walk. I really couldn't find anything negative about our stay. I definitely recommend, you won't regret your stay.

I appreciated Ahmed's responsiveness although I had a difficulty booking. He was able to help me book right away. I rested well, I wish I could have stayed ok for a long time because the setting is green, peaceful, all nearby. The SPA at the foot of the building is a major asset to relax and take care of yourself. Delightful restaurants all around. Wow a host present. Security and security allow for a real release. They responded to all our requests. Thank you and looking forward to coming back
