The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this place. The cottage was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to come back next time inchaelahh.

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street… Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

Great location, great services , Adam is very responsive even though I booked really late ! The appartement is really clean and comfy with the welcoming drinks all over the place … But what make our stay unforgettable is Said at the front desk , he’s very helpful and always smiling, Said is such a great person. Fantastic host. Made check in/out so easy. Speaks fluent English so communication was excellent. Gave good recommendations and checked that everything was going ok. The apartment itself is the ground floor of a villa. 2 minutes walk to the beach and theme park, which is good for kids. Parking outside the flat on the Street. Only place I’d stay in when returning to mehdya. Thanks for everything, will see you soon

The apartment is better than expected, nice and clean. Location is walkable to many places of interest, train station is 8 minutes walk. Ahmed and his partner Ouadie are very quick response to my questions. Recommended, will be back when have a chance.
