Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. This was our second trip to the Cove in Naples, Maine. We loved the fall colors and the sunshine on the water at the beach! My sister-in-law from California joined us to leaf peep and explore the surrounding area. Stephanie is always so kind. Had a card and a box of treats to help us celebrate our anniversary. The house is very relaxing and cozy, the neighbors are friendly and the lake is beautiful.

A scenic waterfront promenade is lined with benches, offering a view of the calm water and a sunset sky filled with soft oranges and purples. People stroll along the path beside local shops and lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere by the water's edge.

We booked Trickey Moose to spend quality time with our two Maine teen grandchildren while they were on spring break. The place was perfect for our needs. The home is quite spacious yet offered each of us an element of privacy. We found the home in immaculate condition and stocked with every essential needed. The “community pantry” was a pleasant surprise and was stocked with the few incidental items we hadn’t brought along. The ping pong and air hockey tables created a friendly competition between the grandkids and grandparents. Great memories were made…. only wish we could have stayed longer.

Jared was a responsive and welcoming host. From the beginning, he was curious about our check in and our overall stay; he always wanted to be available if needed and gave multiple recommendations for our weekend. His house was welcoming and warm, and had everything my family needed. The area was beautiful and my family is already discussing coming back next year. If you’re thinking about a trip to Maine, this home should definitely be a consideration!

Terri , Richard , and Daisy do a phenomenal job of being great hosts. Check in was smooth, and so well thought out. My friend and I were greeted with a hand written welcome sign and some local goodies from a nearby bakery which was absolutely unexpected but so appreciated after a long journey. The place is clean and cozy, with very thoughtful touches and details . Richard had some really great food spot recommendations and Daisy’s positivity was contagious. I look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this place if anyone is in the Casco area and looking for a quiet and cozy spot.
