Charming character cottage with privacy and views

Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Pase note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage. )

Self contained guest suite - I live upstairs. Sleeps 2 adults plus there’s a pull out single. 10 mins from the airport and Weta. Stunning views out across Miramar. Deck and outside seating. 5 minute walk to the famous Wellington sign, and central Miramar where you’ll find cool and funky restaurants and cafes, a petrol garage and the supermarket. Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

Tranquil guest suite, sea view & local ammenities

We are located in Karaka Bays on the Eastern suburbs of Wellington. We are a 7 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 20 minutes from Wellington central and 10 minutes from local beaches by foot. We have an abundance of restaurants and eateries near by, and most notable attractions such as the Roxy Cinema and Weta Cave etc. There is a private entrance to our studio, but this does entail a path and a few steps. On your arrival we can meet and introduce you to your accommodation. See you soon!

Pet friendly, parking available, close to airport

Hello! We have a guesthouse that is a 5 minute drive from airport in a serene and quiet back section. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, and adjoining bathroom. You will have your own private access, and are welcome to enjoy the garden. We live up a long driveway so parking is no problem. Coffee, tea and cereal all provided. We have a dog who lives on the property named Ralph, he is a golden retriever x poodle, please bear this in mind when booking your stay. Close to great cafes

Five minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city, Seatoun is the ideal location. Relax in your own self contained apartment on the ground level. It is completely private with a locked internal door and separate entrance. The apartment is comfortable, warm, clean and quiet and has some of the best views in Wellington. Seatoun is a charming seaside village with a grocery store, a butcher, a cafe, a pub, and a takeaway. There is a park for one car on the driveway.

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Your peaceful haven in one of Wellington's cutest beachside suburbs. Large desk and office chair for perfect work space. Enjoy the birdsong in the trees. Only a 2 min walk to a sandy beach (no sea views from studio). Lovely walks close by in the hills or along the beaches. Handy location to airport (5mins drive, 10mins on bus) & Weta studios. Regular buses to the city centre or a 15min drive. Kitchen has kettle, fridge and microwave but no oven or stove top.
