We visited Pooldaze from the UK with our 2 boys and absolutely loved the house. We arrived late and were happy to be welcomed with a lovely food hamper containing breakfast items. House is as described and exceptionally clean. Gorgeous pool and in a great location! Kim and Len were great hosts, great communication and helped us with the pool when needed. We will defiantly be returning to Perth and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Lucy’s house is a great home when you are traveling with families. There’s swimming pool for the kids to play, complete kitchen sets if you want to cook, proper work area if anyone needs to work or have online meetings and very comfortable living and dining rooms. Lucy gave very clear and thorough instructions when it comes to check in and check out. She and her team always very responsive to our questions. Will definitely refer Lucy’s house to our friends if they are looking for air b n b in Perth!

We stayed here for my sisters hens in the swan valley. Great location and incredible place to stay. The photos are exactly what is shown. The house was exceptional. Highly recommend Michelle as a host.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The outlook is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The accommodation was beautiful, big, well appointed and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was so lovely seeing the sunsets, kangaroos and general nature. Paul was so kind and helpful and responsive whenever we asked questions. Can’t fault it. Would definitely stay again! Stayed there for 6 nights with my husband, 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws. Excellent location for us to visit our Australian friends at burns beach. very well equipped. The boys loved the pool and the BBQ. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Me and a couple of friends had a great little stay here, was close to Hillarys and the beach, whilst still being set back in a quiet little street near a big park. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The host also provided a welcome pack which was made arrival that little bit more special. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something in the area!

Staying at the property did not disappoint! An extremely homely, clean & spacious beach house within a very short walk to the beach, marina & amenities. Sandra’s helpfulness & responsiveness made for a seamless stay. We would highly recommend!

Best Airbnb we have stayed in. Spotlesly clean, well thought out, well equipped, comfortable beds, everything smelt fresh and clean. All you needed to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Location was great and nearby shop and park. Thank you so much Laura for showing how an Airbnb should be. It was a pleasure and treat to stay there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will point any family or friends visiting Perth to stay there.

Loved this place. The location is perfect with everything in walking distances , from the river to rent boats and canoes, the beach for ocean lovers, cafes and country club with awsome meals. The house view is of the river and beach meeting and is so stunning, especially sun set. The house feels so homey with its decoy and all floor to ceiling windows in the front to get the best of the view. The kitchen has lots of cupboards all the way round and they are all filled with different types of dinner plates and bowls, serving platters , coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses etc. pots, pans cutlery, Toaster, different types of kettles and coffee makers, everything you could need and more. There is hand soap in every wet area, kitchen bathrooms, laundry, there’s washing detergent and clothes liquid and pegs for washing. Bbq and bbq cleaning gear. Recommend this place and can’t give it enough credit. We’re rebooking for our birthday next year.

Stayed for a weekend. Very friendly host and accomodating. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Loved the extra touches like kids toys and games. Great value for money and great location.

What an absolutely fantastic property! The photos just don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful for our family and friends and we really enjoyed the open spaces and beautiful gum trees. We felt like we were in the bush, even though it was so close to the city. Wineries and restaurants were close by. Nikki gave us lots of recommendations when we had a chat on the phone prior to check in. The cottage was a lot larger than we expected. With two families we had a lot of room for each of us to have our own space if needed. The double bathroom is something else! You open the door to find a well thought out and stylish bathroom. The coffee pods in the kitchen were a great kickstart in the morning! A welcomed touch. The kids really enjoyed the lawn areas to kick the ball on and visiting the chickens. The Pergola seated both families and was a relaxing space to have a beer and a wine in the late afternoon. The sunsets were amazing! There is everything to love about this property! Thank you!🙏

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

This is a really beautiful place to stay and perfect for a bigger group and groups with children. There are so many areas that are all enjoyable to spend time in, which is perfect if there are groups that want time away from each other as well as together. We especially loved the pool and sunlounges. The undercover deck area was great for outdoor dining in the evenings and the main indoor dining/kitchen area has a beautiful high ceiling so feels really spacious. The fire circle was well laid out away from the house, surrounded by mature eucalypts (at a safe distance) and balga so you really feel like you are out in the bush. We particularly appreciated the special kids' play room and bedroom with child-sized furniture and games which was excellent for our six year old. A great find!

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

We had a wonderful few days here. We were visiting family from England and meeting up with some old friends. This was the perfect location for us all and we were all very comfortable in the home and found lots of useful info for getting around and about. It could not have been better.

Giovanni’s place was relaxing, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with things that helped us have a really enjoyable family holiday in Guilderton. We particularly appreciated the toys, kids books and surfboard.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, which offered a wide range of games and activities that kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The only minor drawbacks were the beds, which were a bit too soft, and the pillows, which were slightly too high. If you're particularly fussy about your bedding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra dishwashing tablets and toilet rolls, especially for larger groups like ours (we were a party of ten and found the supplied amounts to be insufficient.
