The utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Grayum House

Built in 1905, this is one of the oldest buildings in Snyder. This property was an old pharmacy that has been restored and remodeled into a 3 bedroom home that overlooks the county courthouse. You can't ask for a better location as the property is in walking distance of local shopping that is exclusive to Snyder, food trucks, restaurants, a non-profit coffeehouse, a pub, a pocket park, and a bar. Enjoy a peaceful, restful stay in our cute little Alley House Getaway for up to 3 people. It’s a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a loveseat that makes into a twin bed if needed, and 2 wall-mounted tvs. The kitchenette offers a coffee station, refrigerator/freezer, portable cooktop, and a microwave. The cabinets are stocked with all your cooking needs. The apartment includes 2 split ac/heating units for added comfort.

Cozy Alley Cottage w/ Screened Porch

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Smoke free cottage. All extra linens, blankets and towels inside of the walk-in closet. Pet is allowed with a non-refundable fee. The roll out bed is full size. There is a mattress topper and linens for it in a storage bin. A coffee maker and condiments are available for your use. Always, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
