staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

Charming home and town. We found Leah’s home a great base to explore Tivoli and local sites like Val D’Este and Villa Adriana. The location is so very beautiful and the view from the bedroom balcony is spectacular. Leah was an incredibly helpful host and has super recommendations. I would happily recommend to friends and family. We really enjoyed the small fruit store and grocery in the castle grounds and Marconi restaurant/cafe just two minutes away.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous and homely place in an old, historic town. We stayed the night as a stop on our way to Pompeii, trying to keep off the beaten track. Very peaceful and quiet area with stunning views. The hosts went to great lengths to make us feel at home and greeted us on arrival to provide instructions and a tour of the place. They also had us stocked with fruit and breakfast items, which was nice since it’s a bit far from the nearest shops and restaurants. Lovely stay.

Great for a stay in Abruzzo! Hiking and wildlife watching at the meeting point! I recommend it.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!
