Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Enjoy your stay in our modern furnished apartment on the edge of the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Het beschikt over een ruime slaapkamer met Norma boxspring bedden, een luxe badkamer (incl. wasmachine) en woonkamer met open keuken. De bank in de woonkamer kan tevens dienst doen als slaapplek voor 2 extra personen. Een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd.

The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Small apartment in a quiet location!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.

Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here. We would like to welcome you as our guests to our apartment on our Sturmhof!

Just a few minutes' walk to the town center where there is a Rewe market or a gas station as well as a kebab shop, a pizzeria and an Indian snack bar. By car, you can also reach the Netherlands in just under 20 minutes, where the beautiful town of Roermond and the Designer Outlet Center await you.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
