Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Schuylkill County

Our 4th time staying. Need I say more? Annual family stay in the hometown region. We look forward to it every year. This year, lucky to see bald eagles! The property is beautiful and peaceful. A great get-away and so peaceful. The house has everything you could want or need. And Melissa is responsive to all needs but at the same time you have privacy. Can't wait to go back next year! Our grandkids call it "the brown house" and throughout the year, ask "When are we going back to the brown house?" Thanks for a great stay and thanks for the memories too, Melissa!!!!

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and defined (Mark makes great use of his label maker - lol) The stay included complementary breakfast fixings with a neat grill for building breakfast sandwiches. Great follow-through and text communication for any questions. My only complaint is my stay was too short.

We enjoyed everything about Matt's house. It was extremely spacious. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and kids loved the trails and also loved that the trail started directly behind the house. The hot tub was a great bonus. We showed up to the house and everything was perfect. It rained for the first 2 days we were there but the game room kept us a bit entertained. All in all, Matt's house was absolutely beautiful and we would love to visit again.

Naomi’s house was better than what the pictures offered! Its is a beautiful home that can have everything you’re looking for, in its own private area. It was the perfect home for us for a short weekend stay, offering many amenities as well as recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we want to escape the town after a long day of off roading! I would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful area. There was a great place to eat nearby, Woody’s, and we loved being so close to Knoebels amusement park. Both places were recommended by the host and truly made our trip. Highly recommend this spot!

What a beautiful, cozy, peaceful play to stay! It was so relaxing. We spent the first afternoon hanging out by the creek and walking around the pond. The next day after checkout it was an easy drive to Jim Thorpe. There was so much attention to detail in the cottage and on the cottage grounds...multiple peaceful settings in which to relax. A very comfortable experience. Carolyn and Tom were kind and responsive to questions. I plan to come back and stay again!

I enjoyed my stay here. Lisa was very nice and very responsive if you ever needed anything. Everything looked the same as in the pictures, very cozy place to stay.

Diane and Hiester are simply the best! This was our second time staying with them in PA, and it was just as fantastic as the first. They are truly amazing hosts – so warm, welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their place is perfect, but it's their incredible kindness and genuine hospitality that make all the difference. We absolutely love staying with them and can't wait for our next visit! Highly, highly recommended!

This was my second stay here- just as peaceful, clean and comfortable as the first! Spacious “in-law” quarters with all the necessities and a nice touch of extras like a stocked coffee station with Keurig brewer, countertop convection/air fryer oven, and electric fireplace. The apartment’s cleanliness and neatness is a standout. Great communicaton from the host as well.

This place was beautiful. Great setting with the river right behind the house. Sylvia was so pleasant and made everything so easy. We would 100% stay here again.

We were lucky enough to book this beautiful lakefront cabin for our wedding weekend at The Lakeside Ballroom, and it was everything we hoped for and more! My bridesmaids and I got ready here — hair, makeup, the whole thing — and then spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly cozy — truly the perfect lake home getaway. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we still can’t believe a gem like this exists right in our own backyard. We’re already looking forward to booking another weekend soon. We loved every minute of it!

This place was perfect for a single person or a couple. It has enough amenities to not feel like you are totally off grid while still making you feel disconnected from the outside world. There are plenty of things to do but some are a bit of a drive. It is quiet at night and the view from the front porch is amazing. The firepit area is cozy and secluded. I will definitely be booking again.

This place was truly beautiful. If you are a “birder”, this place is so unique. The river, flowers, birds, wildlife, and indoor / outdoor setting of the house was magical. Our family consisting if my wife and I and both sets of our parents stayed for a long weekend and it was incredible. Hawk mountain was also super cool. I hiked to the north lookout which is 1 mile each way with a breathtaking view at the top. Cool rock scrambling hike that wasn’t challenging and tons of fun. We will be back, nooooo doubt.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave before even spending the night. still its such a beautiful cabin in a great area! can't wait to visit again.

I had an amazing time staying at Jason's glamping cabin! The property and view was absolutely gorgeous, and the cabin was very peaceful. I enjoyed working on my painting while listening to the babbling brook and horses next to the cabin. The cabin and outhouse were clean and well organized. Lastly, Jason was an awesome host! He proactively reached out with helpful instructions/directions as well as recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants. I highly recommend this option for anyone who would like a peaceful glamping experience on a beautiful horse farm!

We were in the area for a two day fishing trip on the Lehigh river. Location was perfect. The space was great! Communication and check in was seamless. The cabin was equipped with all the amenities you could think of. Very comfortable and peaceful. would not hesitate to book again. Thanks again !

I booked a stay, duritge booking process they were very helpful, responded to messages quickly. Unfortunately I had last minute family problems come up and was not able to attend, but they were great in my initial interactions with them.

I’ve never stayed at such a unique space. Loved the open floor plan and the sliding barn doors. Would recommend for groups of friends for sure.
