Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Eine Terrasse für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Die Picknickwiese im Schatten der Bäume ist ein Ort an dem Kinder unbeschwert toben können. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

Schönes frisch renoviertes 22qm Häuschen mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse. Durch den Flur im Haupthaus kommt ihr in den Garten, hier befindet sich der Eingang zu unserem kleinen aber feinen Hinterhofhäuschen. Der Fußboden besteht aus hellem Sichtbeton mit einer Fußbodenheizung. Die alten Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt und geölt. Der Boden im Badezimmer hat die original alten Jugendstilfliesen. Die kleine Küchenzeile wurde von uns aus einer alten Werkbank selbst gebaut.

Wir waren sehr mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Es wurde an alles gedacht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Vielen lieben Dank für Wein und Kleinigkeiten für die Kinder. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles sah wie auf den Bildern aus, alles blitzeblank, schöne Bettwäsche, Smart TV, Klimaanlage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Ich war eine Übernachtung mit meinem 10 jährigen Sohn da. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Über Tag in Venlo Süßigkeiten gekauft 😅 dann bis es dunkel wurde draußen verbracht. Fußball &,Tischtennis gespielt und eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit gehabt. Das Baumhaus und die Gegend waren super schön. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder, denn wir haben die Outdoor Dusche noch nicht benutzt 😉 Das Wetter war leider nicht so toll aber das war uns egal.

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad in het verblijf van Monika. het was ruim, schoon en pratisch ingericht. Monika reageerde altijd lekker snel op berichtjes en zorgde voor lekkere verse broodje op de 1e ochtend. 's avonds heerlijk onder de overkapping gezeten en genoten van de prachtige achtertuin. zeker een aanrader!
