A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

Welcome to koldi – the lovingly renovated former inn and gallery of the village. Four cozy guest rooms, all with private bathrooms. Ideal for family reunions or groups of friends. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a communal barbecue corner with fireplace are available. We live on the first floor as a small family. Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.
