Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Enjoy your stay in our bright and friendly apartment in the basement. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet street with single-family houses. Shops are 500 m away and the highway connections (A2 & A31) are 800 m away. The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...

We offer you a quiet, yet very central and freshly renovated apartment in the middle of the Ruhr area.
