Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Charming country house in a secluded location to relax and feel good. The spacious vacation home offers four cozy bedrooms. An open plan living and dining area invites you to spend convivial evenings at the large kitchen table or on the sofa. The modern kitchen offers everything your heart desires: from various coffee machines, a variety of cooking appliances to the waffle iron or raclette, everything is available. At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and views of nature.

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike rides. The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.
