Waterfront vacation rentals in Schiavonea

Monolocale per due persone al primo piano di una palazzina che affaccia proprio sul mare. Al check in ci ha accolti la mamma di Chiara, una signora cordiale e gentile che ci ha spiegato un po’ di cose. Abbiamo portato in vacanza anche il nostro cagnolone di 11 anni che ha gradito la vicinanza alla spiaggia avendo difficoltà a camminare. Esternamente alla palazzina è presente anche uno spazio dotato di pompa dove abbiamo potuto lavare il cane al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Posto auto garantito all’interno di questo spazio condominiale al quale si accede con un cancello automatico. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio ad agosto, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Anna è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. L' alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, non manca di nulla, posizione panoramica e molto fresco e ventilato. Vicinissimo al mare , zona tranquilla e posto macchina riservato. Consigliato.

Casa vicina al mare come la descrizione. Spaziosa e arredata con mobili nuovi e anche la cucina ha il necessario per il soggiorno. Montegiordano Marina è un paese che però a fine agosto offre proprio poco...magari in altri periodi sarete più fortunati. Il vantaggio che a pochi km di distanza potete trascorrere delle belle serate nella vicina Roseto capo spulico decisamente più animate... e godervi la tranquillità a Montegiordano...ma questo ovviamente non è certo colpa di Anna...

La casa di Francesco è veramente bella e pulita, c’è tutto quello che ti serve, e con una vista al mare spettacolare, come lo è anche Paola. Tornerei 🫶🏼

bel appartement pour 4 personnes de 2 chambres au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur. climatisation excellente : une dans une chambre et dans la salle. balcon sympa avec chaises et vue sur la mer. un très bons séjour de 3 jours nous avons passe passé Merci

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Soggiorno presso CasaNina bellissimo, host ( Marco ed Esmeralda) .gentili e sempre pronti per qualsiasi informazione. Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti molto belli e confortevoli, gesti di riguardo per gli ospiti ( scorta minima delle cose più necessarie di cui si può aver bisogno per un soggiorno ). Grazie, mi sono trovata benissimo.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Ubytování bylo čisté a útulně zařízené. Bylo patrné, že se majitelé snaží o co největší pohodlí hostů (klimatizace, otočné větráky, bábovičky na písek pro děti, .) Komunikace s Davidem i Adélou probíhala bez problémů, ocenili jsme jejich podrobný manuál, který jsme měli po ruce po celou dobu dovolené (mimo trasy k ubytování a provozních věcí jsme v něm hledali i tipy na výlety). Oba dva hostitelé byli v komunikaci aktivní a trpělivě odpovídali na naše otázky. Děkujeme, budeme se rádi vracet.
