This is a penthouse with a terrace which overlooks the sea. The palace is located on the beach and you just need to make 4 floors of elevator to stand with your feet on the sand. From the terrace you have breathtaking sunsets. You sleep lulled by the sound of the sea. The bathing establishments are super equipped with every comfort but right in front of the building there is a free beach area where you can stay if you don't want to rent.
