Larixlodge, Den Haag. A self contained lodge in a large city garden with big trees, flowers, fruit and chickens. Quiet place. Fully equipped; central heating, kitchen, bathroom. Built with organic materials. Behind the lodge a private terrace for guests. "..a magic place in the middle of the city" Close to city center, the 'Haagse market' and Zuiderpark. There are two bikes available, an easy way to visit the city, or nature: dunes and beach, also in wintertime nice for a refreshing walk.
“It was a wonderful experience to live at Nico and Lizan's. Nico was very spontaneous when we booked our stay at the very last minute and was very accommodating of our needs. The house is beautiful and everything that one can require for a week's vacation is in the house. The cats and the chickens are very friendly. :) I can say that our entire vacation was perfect and a part of that has to do with the fact that we could come home at night and sleep for very long hours in a very cozy place. :)”
Quiet double room in the old centre of Voorburg with free parking. There is a small sink in the room, further a shared bathroom and friendly hosts. Location is close to The Hague centre (4,5km) or Scheveningen beach (8km) and shops, restaurants and public transport are close at hand.
“Hans and Mieke are very hospitable. When I arrived there was a note with Welcome and my name behind the glass window in the front door. I felt very welcome! We had a nice cup of tea together and had a nice conversation about work. That despite the fact that I only arrived at 9.30 p.m. The room and bed are very neat and clean. I could use the toilet and shower from Hans and Mieke. There is a coffee machine in the room and there is shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and a hair dryer. The communication goes very smoothly and quickly with them. Their home is close to Voorburg station and it was nice to take a short walk. It is a quiet neighborhood where I slept prince. Recommended!”
Our cosy studio has been created to enjoy a pleasant stay. With two free bikes it is possible to go either to the city center or the beach in 10 minutes. In the direct area you will find a nice variety of restaurants, retailers and a supermarket.
