Vacation rentals with lake access in Scharbeutz

Gerd's home was spacious, and warm. It is tucked off the street in a small town in Northern Germany. We were fortunate to see snowfall and it couldn't have been prettier if we dreamed it. As an American family we were welcomed by Gerd's adult son who spoke perfect English to us.

Beautiful house, great garden, quick and easy communication. We will be happy to come back.

A nice big house to stay for our 2 weeks. Equipped with many kitchen utensils and lots of toys for the kids. Great travel distance to nice cities. Nice playground nearby and close to the lake. Malte and Jenni respond quickly and kindly. Top spot!

Susanne's place is super nice. Absolutely quiet location, superbly equipped, comfortable beds and nicely decorated. There is also enough storage space for the items you bring with you. The view of the field is particularly beautiful.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

Very cozy house by the lake. The accommodation is completely equipped and perfectly clean. Check in and check out quick and easy thanks to Iris and Daniel. This is the ideal place to relax !

We felt very comfortable with Berrit and her husband. The house is within walking distance of Lake Selenter, despite the road directly at the property it is pleasantly quiet. The house is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen, you can tell that someone likes to cook here and so there is nothing missing. In addition to the very likeable hosts, we also loved the welcome book, in which you can find well-stocked information about everything - for example about garbage separation or the microwave oven combi device. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and took place in person, which was also very nice, because we were also able to say goodbye again in the end. We will certainly come back in the summer so that the weather also allows the morning jump into the lake:)

Apartment was as described. Very central location, much within walking distance. Good communication.

Simply great for a relaxing and restful short vacation. Very clean and modern furnished apartment. All necessary utensils for self-catering are available. Always friendly and helpful on-site support. Highly recommended!

A very nice reception from Birgit in her beautifully furnished apartment, which is located in a quiet side street with magnificent views of the large pretty garden. We were even allowed to take the canoe on the Schwentine. Beautiful! Birgit and Markus are very friendly, affectionate people who are happy to help you. We can only recommend the apartment and would love to come back.

It was just a dream. The apartment is super nice and cozy and clean. The landlords were super nice and friendly, always available when you had questions. The view was beautiful too. All in all, we spent a few very beautiful days and that thanks to Leif and his wife. I would like to thank you again very much and tell you that you are the best, stay as you are. We were very warmly welcomed in the apartment of Michaela and Björn and immediately felt very comfortable and at home ☺️ the apartment is very well maintained and nicely decorated, the view of the lake and nature very idyllic. The surroundings are quiet and invite you to walk and relax - there are beautiful destinations in the area that can be reached quickly by car or bike. By bus you can also travel to Schwartau or Lübeck. All in all highly recommended, we will be happy to come back 🤗

We spent a week as a family of four at Angelika's and felt very comfortable. She and her husband are super nice and helpful. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Nice little apartment, great view, nice and quiet. Everything you need: even blinds for darkening, cleaning supplies and everything for cooking. I'd love to come back!

The place is nicely located right on the lake. The kitchen is very spacious, there is a terrace where it is possible to look directly at the lake and in the living room is a huge window front overlooking the water. We felt very comfortable right away! Eckhard was always available in advance and during the stay and very helpful.

Saskia and Hendrik's house is very stylish and tastefully decorated. The hosts are very warm, likeable and helpful. A swimming spot on the lake is less than a minute's walk away and the sea is just under 10 minutes by bike. We felt very comfortable and would book the house again at any time. Thank you for the great time in your beautiful home.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake and did not read the description of the house accurately enough, otherwise we would have noticed that this is a semi-detached house. If we had read it, we wouldn't have booked the house. The other half was also inhabited. Based on the photos, we expected a significantly larger house. Unfortunately, you can only see/guess from the very last photo that there is another house right next to it. Possibly the owners, we saw each other, but there was no greeting. For us, as an older couple, the stairs were very borderline, unfortunately we felt very unsafe on them. Especially if you have to go downstairs to the toilet at night, sleepy. Even if all this may sound negative, we can explicitly recommend the house. Very stylish, very nicely furnished, very quiet, very close to nature, very nice landscape. From this point of view, a dream!

Wunderschönes Hidaway!!

This place is a true gem. The location at the lake is stunning as it gets the evening sun and the lake is perfect for SUP and swimming. We loved every second of our stay there!
