Vacation rentals with lake access in Schaffhausen

Ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Host, der uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert hat. Das Häuschen ist sehr süß.

Wir haben eine Unterkunft gesucht, um unsere Gäste privat zu beherbergen. Die Wohnung war diesbezüglich perfekt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marie und Jürg war sehr entspannt. Marie hat uns willkommen geheissen und auch zwischenrein per Messenger nachgefragt, ob alles so in Ordnung ist. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir immer feinen Käse, Bündnerfleisch, Kräuter, Joghurt, Butter, Marmelade, Milch und Saft zum Frühstück vor. Hinzu kam Kaffee (Maschine mit Pads), frisches Brot, Müsli und Honig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit einem Parkplatz vor der Türe, sehr sauber, gepflegt, und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist die Fernsicht, die man im Wintergarten vom Esstisch aus geniessen kann, eine ganze Fensterfront lang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and flexible. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful and deep conversation with Kubi, which made my stay memorable. The accommodation is a shared room in a unique private garden house, ideal for adventurous travelers looking to meet new people and explore on a budget. While the setup may not suit everyone, the host’s intentions and hospitality shine through, and their openness creates a space for meaningful interactions.

A comfy, rustic home in one of the most gorgeous spots on the Untersee. This house is spacious with a lovely outdoor sitting area, balcony and patio in almost every direction. A ten minute walk to the lake, restaurants and train. It was ideal for our family of 5 (adults and teens) and even accommodated our nephew for one night. We would visit again! Thank you

Marie-Anne’s place is absolutely peaceful and has all your essentials and comforts - the place was larger than I expected, and has all the quirks of a lovely older cottage. Note the bed is extremely on the softer side, for a few days I coped but long term stays may not be the easiest to wake up in. Kitchen is spacious with modern appliances, dishwasher and was a joy to cook in. No freezer to note for other foreigners from other continents (but common for European households) Under 10 minute walk from the train station, 1 bus stop if you have luggage. A few supermarkets and local bakery nearby.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights after coming from Zermatt on the Scenic Train. Great location, clean and close to everything. Definitely lots of city noise, but we expected that. We really loved the central location, easy to walk everywhere ...thank you for a wonderful stay.

Als erste viel die außerordentliche Sauberkeit der Wohnung auf. Alle Böden sowie Bad und Küche waren in makellosem Zustand. Dazu war die Wohnung gut eingerichtet mit allem notwendigen Zubehör in Küche und Bad. In dem hochwertigen Bett haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Die Unterkunft ist insbesondere für den Preis eine absolute Empfehlung.

Tolle Unterkunft, super Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Marina and Fred’s place was perfect for our short stay in Zurich, the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, it was down a quieter street and only a minute from a tram station. We were lucky enough to be able to check in early which was really helpful to us.

Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

3 Nächte total toll. Absolute Ruhe und trotzdem mitten drin im Geschehen. Wir trafen uns mir Freunden aus Kanada, tolles Erlebnis. Christoph rundete mit seiner charmanten Art den Aufenthalt liebevoll und zuvorkommend ab. Danke. Gerne wieder.
