In addition to the private terrace, it has an outdoor space with a large wooden table under 2 black cherry trees and a barbecue grill (this space is shared). The private parking is easily accessible with a fairly high car, despite the steep descent. Just 6 km from Scario, a seaside town, it enjoys a cooler climate thanks to its hillside location.
