Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Great location, close drive to anything you could need. It was perfect for what were visiting for (Storyland, Aquarium, river tubing & shopping). House was exactly as described and very clean. Lots of extra supplies in the house if needed (which we didn't end up needing), which was a nice surprise. The house was bigger than what we needed, but it was a great deal and the location was perfect for us which is why we booked more house than needed. It would be a great place for a big group. I would definitely book again!

Great place to stay with your family. We had 2 kids under 5 and it worked out wonderfully. The description of the place is accurate, including the fact that there’s an upstairs unit that may be a little noisy if people are heavy footed. It didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the day, but if you’re planning to sleep in bring a noise machine with you. Parking can be a little tough if others don’t adhere to the parking rules. Issues we had were caused by others. The unit was great and clear instructions for everything are provided. We’d definitely love to come back again.

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of friends (three families). The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large dining table made for a memorable Christmas dinner together. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to the waterpark and Attitash Mountain, and about an hour to Santa’s Village and several other ski resorts. There were also multiple grocery stores conveniently nearby. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of space. Large kitchen. Air conditioning downstairs and in 2 bedrooms upstairs. We were pleased to be just a 15 minute walk away from Moody beach and slightly closer to Crescent Beach. We also walked down to Wells beach and ate at the Lobster pound nearby. A 5 minute walk brings you to a seaside lookout spot with benches where the lightening in the distance gave us a show one evening. Nice to walk everywhere instead of dealing with the traffic. The house is on a quiet street. Clean. Comfortable beds. The large couch in the living room is more comfortable to sleep on than the futon.

My family and I loved Chelsea’s place! We love to cook, even when away, and this place had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen- so well stocked with plates, cooking gadgets, etc. The space is also beautifully decorated and very modern. All the furniture and beds were in great condition and comfortable. My kid loved some of the toys available in the basement and kept herself well entertained. We personally loved the reclining leather chairs and the fireplace with the big windows. Diana’s baths is one of our favorite hikes/walks and it is an easy 2 min walk there from the backyard! Chelsea was easy to communicate with and we loved the handbook with multiple recommendations- we tried some restaurants we had never tried before. We hope to be back again next year!

We had a lovely relaxing time time at this Airbnb. Our goal was to relax and this home was the perfect solution. Days were spent walking in town, walking the nearby beaches, and exploring.

Stefano's home was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location for three couples. Close to everything and completely private and peaceful. It was lovely waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. Perfectly clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to book again!

We had a great time at Deirdre’s place. It was clean and cozy. Felt very comfortable there and lots to do in surrounding areas. Great restaurants, bars etc. in warmer weather it will be awesome for hiking.

Michelle was very quick to respond to any questions, her place was great and it was easy to feel comfortable and relax after a long day at the Fryeburg Fair.

I read reviews that said photos don’t do justice and they are absolutely right. This place is beautiful!! All of the children and adults loved how spacious it is, beds are comfortable and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed everything about it. None of kids wanted to leave especially with that amazing game room!! I highly recommend. Also, Colleen was great, she made the whole process easy. She provided all the information I needed for a smooth check in, and was always available for any questions I had. Thank you and I appreciate you a lot for letting us stay at your beautiful place and allowing us to have a stress free weekend.

We had a great time at Harmony Hall! Just a short walk to long sands beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. The space was clean and cozy!

Great location, walkable to the beach and to local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the flavored coffee K-Cups that were provided.

Wonderful family vacation making beautiful memories! The beach is very close (about a mile) and general store and ice cream shop are in walking distance. This is a wonderful spot for small families.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

An Exceptional First Airbnb Experience! This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotless—immaculate really—which made it feel like it was either brand new or recently built. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. There were plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and seasonings, cozy throws, TVs, games, and even detergent. The comfort level was top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was a dream—just steps away from the snow, which was an incredible experience for my girls who were seeing snow for the first time. Having snow tubing and the adventure park right nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to stay!

Condo was perfect! Very relaxing and nicely decorated. Had everything we need for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Herbert’s condo is 2 levels with a spacious and bright upstairs living/dining space with a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and full bathrooms on both levels are comfortable with basic needs. Down stairs also has a seating area w TV and games, a great hangout for kids. A great condo for families. Just a 5 min drive to a grocery store and other businesses, like StoryLand and within a 30 min drive you have a number of ski hills not to mention lots of hiking trails. This is a quiet peaceful Bavarian style community with a great view of Mt Washington at the top of the hill. I can highly recommend Herbert and his condo. He is a communicative and friendly host.

We booked this place as a birthday celebration/girls trip. The place was cozy and it felt like we never left home. The highlight of this stay was our beautiful mountain view, playing games provided by the host, using the hot tub after a day of hiking, and the privacy of the unit all together. We wished we had extended our stay for another day or two! We will definitely keep this lovely home in mind for the next time we come up. The host was super friendly and very responsive as well. If you are debating on staying here, don’t debate, go book it! Thanks for the memories and for hosting a safe place☀️❤️

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.

Fabulous stay. The house was spotless. Loved the kids bunk room. The downstairs family room was a bonus and the kids spent a lot of time down there playing and watching shows by the fire. The hot tub was brand new. Highly recommend Shovel handle at the bottom of the ski mountain for some good beers and live music. We will be back! Great hosts!
