Welcome to our cozy cottage located in the middle of nature overlooking Frissjön. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet! The cottage is located 150 meters from the lake. Right on the shore there is an associated wood-fired sauna with jetty and rowboat. (Fishing license required) Directly adjacent to the cabin there are lovely forest walks with access to berries and mushrooms during the season. If you like running, there are plenty of both trails and roads. Road with few cars also provides the opportunity for both roller skis and cycling.

On our farm outside Sävsjö in Småland, you can stay in a modern timber house built of 300 logs of storm wood, which also was enough for a timber sauna. The holiday home has salmon knots and between the logs there is linen. The house is located in scenic surroundings. We live close to our animals and you have the opportunity to experience this. Welcome to Rödja! A cozy little village in the middle of Småland, located between Sävsjö and Vetlanda. Now we rent out our newly renovated cottage with forest and nature as neighbors. The cottage is located in a large garden surrounded by pastures with cows and horses. Swimming area is within walking distance at the village river and 5 minutes away by car are both Vallsjön and Sandsjöbaden. In one of the cottage's bedrooms, the beds can be placed separately or together depending on whether there is 1 couple or 2 children sleeping there.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect accommodation if you are passing through or for a holiday stay. In the middle of "Astrid Lindgren's World" and "High Chaparral" is this house in a small community.(About 100 km to both) There is a shop and a well-visited German restaurant, "Lieblingsplatz". Nice hiking areas and lakes. Boat and fishing license can be arranged for an extra cost. Winter time: slalom slope with a lift in Sävsjö. (25 km) There is a high chair, children. Sheets and towels are available to rent.

Modern and charming house in the highlands of Småland. The house is spacius with 148m2 living area and outside you have access to the garden, the woods and the big lake Frisjön where it is possible to row and fish from our boat. The house is at the end of a road so very quiet and scenic location. Possibility to barbecue outside and the house has a big living room with fireplace and dining area. Great place for hiking, swimming, fishing, enjoying nature, skiing in winter and exploring Småland.

Lingonhuset

Här passar hela familjen, med massor av plats för skoj. En gata bort ligger Sävsjös Camping. Där finns padelhallar, badhus, sjö och promenadrundor. I närheten finns även höglandsleden & elljusspår. Nära till Sävsjö skyttecenter och gym. 1.5 km bort ligger storgatan och centrum med mataffärer, restauranger, liten bio, systembolag och annat. Liten bit till så hittar du även Boda Borg och Högagärdebacken. Detta är ett äldre hus där inte allt är renoverat, det har sina skavanker men sin charm.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

House in rural idyll with horses and chickens around the corner. The cabin is located on a small farm in a scenic little village, Gåvan. Here you can take long walks in the forest, pick mushrooms and berries (in season), or just enjoy the tranquility. It is 500 meters to the nearest swimming area with food service, boat rental, mini golf, and fishing. 5 km to Sävsjö with shops and restaurants. Possible to make day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, High Chapparal, Kleva Mine and much more.

Close to nature for a soothing vacation

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Close to very but still completely in peace and quiet. Sponge and berry forest right next door, a small river below the cabin. Isaberg mountain resort 1 hour away. The cottage is located on our farm with no neighbors. Fantastic patio in a sunny position completely secluded from the farm. offgrid stuga

In de bossen van Asa (de hooglanden van zuid Zweden genoemd) verhuren wij onze stuga. Het is gelegen in een prachtig gebied in Småland met heel veel meren, heuvels en bossen, er zijn in de buurt badplaatsen met steigers en strandjes om lekker te kunnen zwemmen, vissen en varen. Er zijn verschillende wandelroutes en steden in de buurt. (Zoals Växjö) Het huisje ligt in het bos op ons terrein. We leven off-grid en proberen elk jaar een moestuin vol met bloemen te creëren.

A cozy cottage in a quiet environment right by the lake and close to forest. Access to own dock and raft where you can swim. Rowing boat, canoe and DRINK are also available and included. 3 bedrooms (4 beds in total and 1 bunk bed) and a loft where you can sleep on mattresses. One of the bedrooms is in a small separate guest house. Kitchen, a bathroom with toilet + shower and sauna. We expect well-behaved guests who respect the quiet surroundings.

Bjälken Kråketorp

Bjälken is a secluded, high-altitude vacation home with a lovely view of the landscape. Newly renovated upstairs (2023) with three bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room and toilet. The garden has a large lawn that is ideal for both ball games and play. The balcony is in a sunny southwest location with outdoor furniture for dinners. In winter, the sledding hill is right outside the house.
