House vacation rentals in Satu Mare

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. This is a beautiful property, ideal for our family (three generations traveling together). Designed to a very high level, smart technologies, panoramic views, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

There are not enough stars that can show how great is this house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location, everything you need in the house. The host was amazing. If I will be again in Satu Mare this house will be definitely my number one choice. Thank you Roxana for making us to feel very well in your home.

La casa esta en una zona muy tranquila i de facil acceso , a 15 min caminando del centro i a unos 5 de Gradina Romei . En general todo ha estado limpio ( aunque para el gusto de mi pareja , le faltaria un pequeño repaso ). Hemos tenido de todo : productos de limpieza personal , lavadora i detergente, secador de pelo , tendedero i ustensilios para cocinar (aunque o los hemos utilizado ) . El dueño respondia rapido i nunca se ha quejado de las muchas dudas que teniamos . En un principio nos extraño que nos pidiera foto de nuestra documentacion para registrar-nos pero nos lo explico todo con mucha paciencia asi que ninguna queja .

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Szuper volt, tiszta rendezett otthonias szuper!

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la cazare. Este situată lângă centru, este o cazare deosebită și este mult mai frumoasă în realitate decât în poze. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și am avut intimitate și liniște în cazare. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni. Am rămas uimiți de această cazare inedită. Iar gazda este foarte amabilă și ospitalieră.
