Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Cabin by the sea, close to both Stockholm and Vaxholm.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Ekskogen, Brottby - close to lakes and hiking

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis 45 minutes from Stockholm. The cottage is a smaller guest house on part of the property. Close to Långsjön with a swimming area and two more lakes. The cottage is located on the lower part of the property that is accessed by stairs. Perfect for two people but possibility of two additional beds in pull-out sofa bed. Proximity also to Wira mill, Vaxholm, Ljusterö and Norrtälje. In the nearby area, there are also several golf courses with Brollsta golf club as the nearest (6 km).

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Stockholms central tar 7 minuter med tåg. På promenadavstånd finns Mall of Scandinavia med över 200 affärer/resturanger samt strövområden runt sjöar och skog. En gratis parkeringsplats ingår i anslutning till huset. Studion är totalrenoverad, komplett kök och tvättmaskin finns. Mataffär finns vid tågstationen 7 minuters promenad.

Ca 25 min bilresa till sommarstaden Norrtälje. Vid gratis poolen även en fin kafe, utegym, babypool, minigolf, boule banor, bastu och beach volleyboll. Allt i mycket bra skick och endast 2 min bort från huset. Diskmaskin och Wi-Fi finns. Barbecue, stora nya parasoller, kubb spel och crocket finns i förrådet.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our charming guest house of 33 sqm with sea glimpses, in the middle of nature and with bathrobe distance to the sea! Enjoy walks along the water, swimming from the dock or the shallow beach. Relax on the large deck or why not a pass in the garage gym. The cottage is newly renovated and fully equipped. For a small extra bed, there is access to sauna and hot tub with sea view. Borrow bikes to explore or visit the cozy restaurant Skeppskatten. A 160 bed + extra bed for children.

Här kan man bada i sjön och vara på stranden(200m), fiska. I området finns även pool, minigolf och boule bana. Plocka pär och svamp, gå promenader och fika på föreningens anläggning.
