New apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts. Convenient location, within walking distance of the promenade, port, supermarket and various clubs. Responsive host, clearly provided us with directions for access. Tip!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Saranda. The apartment was remarkably clean and stocked with all the amenities and supplies I needed for my one month stay. It's in a quiet location and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. The wifi was also really strong and stable.

The host is nice and patient, clear check-in instructions were provided. The room is clean and well furnished. Highly recommended!

The place was very clean, very spacious and had everything you need. There was even a washing machine and Aleksja was so kind to provide us with laundry detergent. We felt very comfortable. You were quickly in the center and on the beaches on foot :).

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

We had really great time at Laureta’s apartment! It was really easy to find following the instructions, at our arrival Klinti showed us the place and the private parking ( that was really usefull! ). The apartment was very clean and comfortable! Lots of great restaurants in the area and it’s easy to reach the sea both with car and by foot! Very recommended, we wish to come back in the future!

Very nice stay in this accommodation which was perfectly in line with the photos and description. Well-equipped and very clean. The host is available and very responsive to messages. He also helped us with various logistical information. The accommodation is 13 minutes from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, a great asset. On a steep slope, it's better to be in good physical condition. I obviously recommend this accommodation for a stay in Sarande, whether with friends or family.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodation! Location was perfect, central but still quiet. The apartment was much nicer and more spacious than expected. It was ideal for 3 people. In addition, the accommodation had an underground parking garage, which is why we never had to look for a parking spot. In addition, the hostess was very friendly and extremely helpful. Communication went great. We would definitely recommend the place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

Walkable to the water front and easy access to many good restaurants and bars. A huge porch faces the ocean, great views. The apartment is big, very clean, and has everything we needed for a two-day stay. It has private parking as well. The hosts are kind and very responsive. We loved the stay.

We booked the stay after arriving at our original location which was very remote and not what was advertised. However after booking this apartment we were extremely happy, host was great and the apartment was perfect, comfortable, had everything you could need and the veranda had stunning views of some of the nicest sunsets we had ever seen.
