Beachfront vacation rentals in Sarandë

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family with two children (a baby and a three year old) and Victorias place was great (note bedrooms are at either end of the house). San stef is a charming little bay with several restaurants and we loved the beach at Kerasia- a five minute drive away (also walkable). While it’s possible to swim in San stef, the water is not as clear with lots of boats. There are a lot of begging cats - one kept coming inside, and they tend to frequent the local bins so I’d suggest not feeding them! The apartment is larger than I expected with lots of outdoor space and we liked the ground level access which is shared by the upstairs neighbours. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and the shop next door was convenient. The apartment has useful extras like a beach umbrella beach and towels. Victoria was so helpful with organising us a taxi and even helping sort a doctor for our child. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend her place.

Our stay at Spyros’ apartment in Saranda was everything we could have asked for. Clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and to self check-in, and Spyros was available via chat for any questions we had. The apartment was clean, tidy and well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment faces the sea with a lovely sunset view and is perfectly quiet at night despite being within a few minutes walk of the shops and restaurants nearby. The AC was good, which is a must in Saranda’s heat! The apartment was the perfect base for our day trips to Gjirokaster, the Blue Eye and Butrint and we had everything we needed nearby. Thanks again for a lovely trip, we hope to visit again one day!

We had a very nice stay!

Nice modern flat, step away from the beach. You can easily reach center/promenade on foot but the area itself is rather boring with a lot of active noisy construction (off season). Kitchen utilities are sufficient, there's a lot of room, huge terrace - although a bit dull - with enough space for a group or family. Some things can be improved in the flat (shower, TV, decoration) but I can't complain for the price I paid. Overall it was a great stay with needed privacy, hosts were nice and I can recommend it.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Had all the essentials amenities, was very clean and had one of the best views I've ever seen. Worth every penny. The host was very friendly and had arranged everything for a great stay.

Lorik’s apartment welcomes you with the most stunning sea views upon entering. I have never seen anything like it and fell in love immediately! Being part of the Bougainville Resort, we had breakfast at the resort’s café at the private beach every day and loved it! Lorik provided quick support where needed and his favourite local recommendations. The apartment is quite far from the center and main promenade but provides a more private and calmer environment.

I loved staying at Festina’s place. It was very clean and tidy, and I was eternally grateful for the AC. The neighbourhood is very touristy and the apartment looks out on the pool, where very loud music was played until 8 at night. This is out of Festina’s hands of course, but it did impact my stay. Festina herself is wonderful, always at your service and replying quickly.

Great place, great apartment, great location there are restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment is amazing views and comfort are unmatched. The balcony is amazing. All to together I had a fantastic time there.

We had a great time! Would recommend to anyone. Really liked the balcony and was good to be able to use the hotel pool and beach. Close to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. Overall, a great place to stay!

Entela's apartment is beautiful - the view, the furnishings - we felt completely comfortable. There is a lot to do on foot in Saranda, beautiful beaches are also nearby. Entela is friendly, helpful and available at any time. We had a great time, thank you so much! 🙏🏼

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

This apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and beach. It is modernly furnished, clean, and spacious. There is also parking for cars.

Zoltan’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming , all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely we will come back.

A spacious modern apartment with excellent views. The exterior looks modest, but the interior is amazing. The decor has been professionally designed and is a very nice space to stay in. Well equipped, close to restaurants, nice beaches and the balcony is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Wow!! What an amazing time we had and would 100% recommend. Villa Kalamia is in a beautiful location overlooking Kalami bay with stunning views. There were so many places to sit - whether under the olive tree for a morning coffee or to the private jetty giving direct access to the sea. The villa is a short walk to Kalami bay where there are nice restaurants and kiosks to rent a boat for the day. There are also lots of nice walks along the coast to other nearby bays. Vittoria and Nico were fantastic hosts - super friendly and welcoming with quick communication. They even provide you with a welcome basket of fruit, bread and crisps etc. Overall 10/10 stay and couldn’t recommend more!

the house was bigger than it looked in the photos, clean tidy everything. klodian helped us and answered all our questions within minute, all the time. kind person very friendly. everything was perfect and of course will always be our first choice when we come back.

Small accommodation in a divided house with two exteriors with tables and armchairs. Tastefully decorated home and attentive host. You can only give five stars! The mattresses in the bedroom bed are of high quality, we slept excellently. Possible to park a car in front of the accommodation: Talk to Kristina beforehand.

Meti and his wife are incredible humans. The energy of the apartment is clean and filled with lots of love. Best view in the town.
