Carlos Eduardo was very kind and polite from the first contact, even before I booked. He has already earned many points for accepting my kitten, as many ads say they accept PETs and when we see it, it's just dogs, a huge prejudice against cats. We loved the place, because it is a quiet place, away from the noises of the center, we only heard the birds, ducks and the noise of the wind. Despite having a small stretch of land, it was not bad at all, as it is a dirt road, not needing a 4x4 car and it doesn't even take 3 minutes, you are already on the main street to access Capivari. The house is as advertised, it even had extra things, such as coffee powder and filtered water, which surprised us for the convenience. Best of all, there is no fixed schedule, Carlos made us super comfortable to leave at any time, especially since the city was having an event where several streets were blocked, and so there was a huge traffic jam, this is super positive for organizing a quiet exit.

Claudia welcomed us, the place is simple and amazing, a lot of contact with nature, the house has amazing decor that takes you back to other times, access is good in the morning because it has a dirt road, I managed to climb with a 1.0 car without difficulty, a lot of privacy, natural beauty, everything you need is in the house of utensils and its comfort, Claudia responds promptly, always helping positively, made indications of places to visit but we were in search of rest and connection with nature and we found it.

The house is amazing !! Super complete and in excellent condition !! Fernando was very helpful and attentive before, during and after our stay !! In addition, we were very well received by the homemade couple Andrinho and Camila, who watched us all weekend !!

ABOUT the ACCOMMODATION: A very friendly house, simple but cozy. Memories of Grandma's house. There is nothing better than sleeping in a total dark and waking up to the sound of birds. Next to it is a stream with that relaxing sound to help you fall asleep. The site has some fruit trees that we consume without problems. ABOUT HOSTS: Extremely requested, sympathetic, and available. To give you an idea, I was late and arrived at 00:15 and the host received me promptly. CONCLUSION: Super indico and I will definitely come back more often

The house is wonderful, beautiful, spacious and with all the necessary amenities and equipment. The place is beautiful, surrounded by woods, with two trails starting in the yard and a river passing through the property. Very close to the city, making it easy to access the supermarket, restaurants, etc. In addition, Manoel's family welcomed us very well, with great affection and attention, being very helpful in meeting all our needs. Not to mention the little dog Gal, who accompanied us on the trail, and Jolie and her beautiful puppies. We loved everything!!! We felt at home!!! We recommend it sooooo much!!!

It rained every day I was there, but what we were looking for was precisely tranquility, so we kept enjoying the scenery and my little dog enjoyed the lagoon and the waterfall. The house is very comfortable and overlooks the mountains in almost every environment. Regarding the owners, only thanks. Flavia met us to give us all the directions, as well as help us with recommendations for places to visit. Luciana and Marília were attentive at all times, always responding to messages and assisting us from start to finish. In addition, they accepted my baby, a Golden Retriever, and welcomed him with open arms, which for me makes all the difference. In short: wonderful experience!

The apartment is identical to the pictures. All new. Beautiful! Beautiful furniture, full kitchen, super cozy beds. I recommend it! The condominium is super family. There is no noise. Great house in a gated community! Very well equipped. Everything new. Very good location! Two suites upstairs being one with balcony. On the ground floor a kitchen with a dining table integrated with the living room, which has a Smart TV, a record player and a fire pit. Still on the ground floor a lavabo.

The house is exactly as described. There are many blankets and utensils in the house. The appliances are very good. D. Sonia, of unparalleled kindness and promptness. The only downside to the house is that since it is in the middle of the mountains, there are many animals and there is no screen and door protector on the doors. I think they could invest in that. The library bed is also not very comfortable. But the house is excellent. It's worth going to stay several days to enjoy the house. I'll definitely be back!

The space is very beautiful and private, relatively close to the center of SFX, 7km, the house is very spacious and comfortable, our pet loved the outdoor space. Sleeping and waking up listening to the stream in the background is very relaxing, the nights of clear sky are beautiful, it looks like a planetarium with thousands of visible stars. We will return!

The place is perfect for those seeking silence and tranquility. Ideal to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. Waking up to the sound of the birds, each with its own different song, was an incredible experience. The condominium has very pleasant internal trails, and everything was very peaceful during the stay. We were able to rest a lot and enjoy the calm environment. I loved the stay. The place has everything you need to be comfortable and is surrounded by nature! We used the barbecue, swimming pool and went for a walk on the lake. The house is spacious and was very clean and nice. Hostess and caretaker were extremely attentive. I would definitely come back!

The countryside is stunning and it is possible to live with animals such as chickens, dogs, horses and oxen. Special highlight for the puppy called Faro, a grace. Our second time at Rony's house and we'll be back many more times, for sure! The house is comfortable and functional, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a delightful outdoor area, with a beautiful view, where we have built beautiful memories with our children: sunset picnic, marshmelow bonfire under a beautiful starry sky, trail to the waterfalls that are inside the condominium… anyway, it was a very special weekend! I highly recommend Rony's house, who is a superhost!

We loved everything, from the check-in where Maria Cândida and Ivo were there to welcome us and introduced us to the whole house, which surprised us, they are lovely people. They left a welcome card, some treats too. The house is a spectacle, cleanliness, organization, details and a surreal nature with the waterfall at the back of the house, we spent New Year's Eve with our family and it was wonderful, for sure if we have another opportunity we will return.

Nathan is a great host, responds very quickly and is always available to help. The house is large, spacious, there were 10 of us and there was a bed left over. It has 3 large bathrooms, 2 double beds and bunk beds that disassemble and turn into single beds if necessary. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 for couples and 2 with bunk beds. The fifth bedroom in the listing was deactivated. It has a swimming pool, TV with streaming, wood stove, microwave, blender, pool table, barbecue. In addition to the wood stove, there are 2 more gas stoves, one in the kitchen and one in the barbecue area. The house is located within a gated property on a gravel/dirt road, with no exit, a gate and is fenced, in case you have children or pets. It is an area with mountains, waterfalls and lots of greenery around. It even has a little lagoon. Check-in was quick and easy and he let us check out a little later. The city center is very close, a few minutes by car. It was a great stay.
