We had a great time at David's place (8 adults and 4 children). Despite the proximity to the highway, the house is well insulated and the outside large enough to have lunch, play petanque, Frisbee… David is warm and really helpful, he immediately found some missing items at the house. Thank you so much for hosting us, we will have very good memories of this cousinade.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful house in Lac du Der. Our host, Aude, was extremely responsive and available by message, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The house is not only beautiful but also very well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the board games area, which was very complete and allowed us to spend pleasant moments with our family. The exterior is fully fenced and unobstructed, which is ideal for children and pets. We highly recommend this place and will happily return during our next stay in the area. Thanks again to Aude for her warm welcome and availability!

This was our 2nd stay and it was as good as the first. Coming back in July.

Truly a favorite for this pretty house! Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the garden with our dogs. We even had our first barbecue of the year. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner. The center of St Dizier is very close, we took advantage of the Easter Fair leaving from the house and then we discovered the beautiful Lake Der. Only one negative point, which remains a slight detail: the absence of shutters in the bedrooms. We will gladly go back:)

A big thank you to the hosts Frédéric and Sophie. We were very warmly welcomed and all questions were answered quickly. The place is beautiful and well appointed. We didn't miss anything and we spent a few very nice and relaxing days here with 10 people. The surroundings are very idyllic and the proximity to the lake is great. With the bicycles available at the property, you only need about 5 minutes to a beautiful beach by the lake. In addition, you can get super delicious and fresh baguettes and croissants from the baker in the morning in the neighboring town. During our stay, the hosts were always quick to reach and available for questions. We would definitely love to come back!
