It has a great location 50m from downtown, the best neighborhood, a very quiet street, and an incredible view of the sunset. 2 Smart TVs, one in each room, WIFI, hot and cold air conditioning, pantry and kitchen with wood stove, cooktop, microwave, electric oven, non-stick pans, blender, refrigerator. Two suites, one on the upper floor with an amazing view of the sunset, soaking tub, air conditioning and fireplace, the other suite on the lower floor. Living room with fireplace and a toilet.

Kitnet is super cozy, the kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave, lunchbox, coffee maker, blender, utensils for you to cook and feel at home! The view is incredible, everything is super clean and very fragrant! It has Oi TV, a ceiling fan, Kitnet is super well located, on average 350 meters from the main square, 2 minutes walking.
