Excellent experience! Mariana and Ana were very attentive and the house is great, exactly as pictured and with everything you need in terms of utensils. In addition, Ana always responds very quickly to any questions and even helped me with suggestions I asked for. I highly recommend it and if I have the opportunity I will stay at the house again.

The stay was excellent, the house is very good and spacious. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Eder is very requested, responds quickly and was flexible in relation to check in and check out. The house features all announced amenities. Eder told us that they do not provide bedding, towels and cloths, so we programmed to take. A suggestion is to provide floor cloths and dish towels, and sponge and dishwash detergent. In short, it was a very pleasant stay, we enjoyed the weekend in Poços de Caldas a lot, and we recommend the house and the host!

Paulo is super kind, quick to respond, showed concern in being flexible with check-in and check-out. The house was in order, good wifi, quiet neighborhood, in front of Mogiana Park. Beds in order, bathroom in order, kitchen in order. The house really accommodates 10 people comfortably. Zero access problems. My family and I will be back soon!

I can say that it exceeded my expectations, and is at the top of the houses I've ever booked on Airbnb. The accommodations, bed and bath linens extremely clean and fragrant, the space clean and organized. The space is practical and spacious overall, in addition to the tranquility of the neighborhood and easy access to downtown and the highway. Mrs. Márcia was very attentive, as was her daughter Luciana, who took good care of us from check-in to check-out. I went to Pirassununga for work and I will have to come back many times and you can be sure that this house will be the number 1 option for my stay. The place is super quiet and with beautiful views of the Atlantic Forest. I was looking for a place to "disconnect and reconnect with myself," and I couldn't have chosen a better place. I was able to do my yoga practice, very quietly. My stay was excellent. The room had comfortable and super fragrant bedding. The kitchen was complete and it was enough for me to cook. There's a restaurant nearby, but I chose not to go out. In addition to the accommodation, I had the opportunity to take the tour of the winery with the option of wine tasting. I was thrilled to walk around the space, listening to the story about how it all started. It is undoubtedly a very deep connection with ancestry. <3 I went alone, and I felt very safe. We made the white stone trail (beautiful place) and we know several wineries in the region. The only problem is that there is no cellular signal (of course), only in Pocinhos, which makes it difficult to plan the tours.

Ana Clara and Eugênio were very welcoming. Regarding the house, it is well located in an extremely peaceful and quiet place. The property is very spacious and accommodates tenants well.

Very comfortable and well-equipped house. The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. We stayed during the Easter holiday and the experience was above expectations. To begin with, Rita welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the instructions and made herself available to assist us throughout the stay. The house is true to the listing, having all the items as described. The property is spacious and well located. From the balcony of two of the bedrooms, the view of the city is wonderful. Everything in the house worked perfectly. About Poços de Caldas, I can say that my family and I love the city. The cable car ride is the best, apart from the cozy Minas Gerais food. Finally, I say that the tour was worth every minute.

Espírito Santo do Pinhal is a city full of attractions, and tourism is growing, especially due to wineries and rural tourism.
