Our stay at Arthur's place was simply perfect! From the time of booking, communication was impeccable, with quick and thoughtful answers to all our questions. The house was even more charming than in the pictures, super comfortable, with a very tasteful decoration and impeccable cleaning. We felt at home from the first moment, with all the amenities we needed at our disposal. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, markets and waterfall complexes. Also, Arthur gave us great tips for places to visit and restaurants to try. What delighted us most was the hospitality and kindness of the host who welcomed us with delicious bananas and the excellent cheese from the canastra. He was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to help us with whatever it took. We feel really welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We strongly recommend the space and for sure, we will be back soon!

The house is wonderful and has plenty of room. The rooms are in the back and have a nice leisure area (barbecue, pool, billiard…) in the front, so it's very comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. We took a day of heavy rain and stayed in the house all day, enjoying the space. It has a pretty cool enclosed backyard as well. The kitchens have everything we need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean (4 showers!). The hosts were very helpful and available. We had no problem, we loved everything. I want to go back now!

The residence is exactly as described and registered in the listing photos on Airbnb, spacious, cozy, clean and functional, we loved the stay. The pool and private area is a differential, we felt at home and very welcome. We'll be back and we highly recommend it!

I spent the 2025 Carnival with 3 more people at Rancho Santa Rita and we love the stay! Glauco made it very easy to arrive with detailed directions instructions. The place is close to the city (less than 15 min), very convenient. And the space itself is wonderful! Tranquilo and large, on the edge of the dam. It is 30 min from two spectacular waterfall complexes, Claro and Paraíso, which we visit. The house is charming, cozy, well cared for and equipped. Condiz 100% with the photos and description. I highly recommend to those who want to know Delfinópolis and region, or even spend a few days in a pleasant space with the family. We will return for sure.

The house is impeccable! Good sized rooms, very clean, great furniture. If it wasn't the best, it was one of the best houses I've ever been using this app. Poliana was very kind leaving a list of sights, places for meals, markets, finally with her tips make the stay better. Poliana thought of everything to make us quiet, even an emergency key, if someone is locked in the bathroom, she left it on the portal outside, the worry in the most minute details. For those who want to stay in the best place in the region with the best host, book the Poliana home, are pleased with pleasure and mixed together.
