Manoel is very helpful, he always served us very well, the apto is exactly as it is in the photos, we love it and we will come back for sure! Flat attendants are polite and Elton is also polite, very communicative and helpful. We love everything and recommend it!

Perfect stay, the hotel is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The convenience of being in the hotel and being able to enjoy the park without needing to get around also helped a lot with a young child. The areas of the hotel are great for those with a young child and the hotel service, lunch, breakfast and dinner are also great.

I had a great stay at Shirlei's estate. The apartment is good and well located, close to the shops, bars, restaurants and bus station (I knew everything on foot) and is about 10 minutes by car from Thermas.

Great cost-benefit, super clean, cozy and well-located apartment, close to shops, restaurants, ice cream shop and market, we don't need to use the car to stroll around the city. I recommend to those who want to stay in a comfortable place and very affordable price. My family felt at home, we really rested a lot, lived up to our holidays. in addition, we were well served by the owners, responded to us promptly by message and also gave us the possibility of making our departure time more flexible to enjoy our stay in this wonderful city. Everything was clean, everything was new. The resort is beautiful next to the park. However, consumption inside the hotel is extremely expensive.
