Clean Space, great room service. Room in the best location of the Resort. Easy access to the Water Park. Host responds quickly and provides all the necessary support. I went with my wife and 2 children, we enjoyed too much. I highly recommend it.

Rafael was a great host… very attentive, kind, helpful…responded quickly … followed our arrival… Place is identical to photos. The room is very clean, great beds.. all in order. The bedroom is at the bottom of the water park…. A beautiful view!! All very tidy and cozy… We will definitely return and our host will be Rafael… 🙌😍

Gisele was very kind, answering several questions even before we made the reservation and maintained cordiality throughout the process. As it is a room in a resort, some things we had to deal directly with the hotel, such as a better cleaning of the room throughout the stay. We were already aware that the room did not have dishes so we took them from home, as well as a coffee maker (all 220v sockets). The resort is very familiar, with recreation available for all age groups. The attached water park has a good cost benefit and the center of the city of Águas de São Pedro is 5km away. We love it, it's worth booking with Gisele!

All great. Resort check-in worked perfectly. It is important to know that the apartment is not a specific one, it is a standard apartment of the designated resort at the Check-in as well as any guest. 1 day in the water park was sufficient. Checking out is 11am but can remain after leaving the room until 6pm using the hotel infra. Camila was very kind and agile in the answers! Indico!

Hotel room exactly as advertised. Great bed and bath linens. The kitchen has no utensils. The food at the hotel is expensive (R$50.00 breakfast and R$98 lunch per person). We picked up pizza in Aguas de São Pedro - a new Bon Giovanni pizzeria that was excellent. For lunch we bought hamburgers at the Amassadinho Burger that delivers to the hotel for R$12.00. It was great and super worth it, compared to the value of the same hamburger purchased at the hotel. We ate by the pool quietly. We found the park very nice, but small compared to other parks we have visited.

New apartment, with clean and fragrant linens, pillows and blankets. Great air conditioning. We'll be back soon

Ricardo was super attentive, answered all messages. Flawless apartment in the Resort. Very nice place. The kids loved it. Very nice heated pool. Food at the Resort restaurant, very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with very tasty dishes and varieties. Hallelujah Saturday dinner was the best. All that was missing was a soccer field for ball lovers. Thanks Ricardo.

Matheus was helpful since scheduling, very approachable and cordial. The space is perfect for a trip with a family all spotless. I highly recommend the resort and the host.

The accommodation was very good, the hotel is worth it — it has several amenities, dynamic and the place is super well taken care of. The room is impeccable: clean, smelling and all brand new. Check in and check out were super quiet, and the hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Jane do Joga For the World was a love, answered everything quickly and with a lot of education. I highly recommend it!

I spent an amazing weekend with my family, the atmosphere is great. It was worth it!
