Clean Space, great room service. Room in the best location of the Resort. Easy access to the Water Park. Host responds quickly and provides all the necessary support. I went with my wife and 2 children, we enjoyed too much. I highly recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. From the reception to the check-out, we were well served by a friendly and helpful staff. Our hosts were very friendly, proactive and returned quickly whenever we needed, the room was clean, well-organized and perfectly suited our needs. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel was another positive point, with show and activities every day, without thinking that it has access to the water park, but it needs tickets if you are not a direct guest of the hotel, as we are partners of the park, it didn't turn out to be a problem. Overall, we were quite pleased with the structure and services offered and we would certainly consider returning a next time.

Excellent apartment, very spacious and clean, everything is brand new and well cared for, has a great view only park through the living room window. The hotel is also super tidy and clean.

The place is very nice and ideal for children, with many attractions and security. The fun is also guaranteed for adults, including a spa that offers several massage options, a wonderful experience. The location is very good, just minutes away from the center of Águas de São Pedro. Communication with Raquel and Irene was perfect, they support and respond quickly. Great cost-benefit for staying in a very beautiful area and full of attractions.

Amazing stay at the São Pedro Resort! The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable. In addition, the recreation team did a fantastic job with the children, offering fun and safe activities. I highly recommend this resort for those seeking comfort and fun. Alexsander was extremely helpful in sending us to several places to have our meals, he always responded quickly! Thanks for the hospitality.

Great experience! We stayed at the Thermas de São Pedro Resort with Cleiton, who was a great host — super attentive, he gave us all the right information and left everything ready for our arrival. We had very cold days, but fortunately the pools were heated. The blankets helped a lot, even though they were smaller and, therefore, always very full. Still, we were able to enjoy it a lot. The apartment was clean, very beautiful and cozy, ideal for relaxing after the park. Overall we love the experience and recommend it! We would definitely come back on warmer days to enjoy it even more. Thank you!!!

Very good place for kids, heated pools, we enjoyed a lot. Eduardo was always at your disposal for any questions. The room was super clean and tidy and was cleaned every day, towels changed. I recommend and hope to return soon

Quiet stay at the resort. Easy access to Thermas Park pays separately. We had no problem with the stay.

Ricardo was super attentive, answered all messages. Flawless apartment in the Resort. Very nice place. The kids loved it. Very nice heated pool. Food at the Resort restaurant, very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with very tasty dishes and varieties. Hallelujah Saturday dinner was the best. All that was missing was a soccer field for ball lovers. Thanks Ricardo.

The place is really nice Everything was great. The only observation is regarding the sofa bed, which cannot be used to sleep, as it is very uncomfortable. The rest, all great, clean apartment, all new, very nice place.

Great stay, everything very organized, clean, nice pools (but not all are heated, as we went in May, it was already cooler so it's worth looking before entering) The room and the hotel itself, everything was very good! Only the cost of food at the resort is a little expensive for what it offers, breakfast is ok, but the other meals are expensive and not very good.

I spent an amazing weekend with my family, the atmosphere is great. It was worth it!
