The flat is located in São Bento, a few kilometers from the beaches of Maragogi and the beaches of Japaratinga. Mr. José and his wife always requested. It is a family environment, a good cost-benefit and that supplied our need. We will be back!

Very clean, welcoming and charming place. We were treated very well by Jamylle and Raniere, where they were very attentive and friendly. I will come back for sure, as these have been wonderful days.

We stayed from the 12th to 03/17/2025. We stayed in two flats, as there was no availability in the same for this period. We stay at the bouginho and Captain Gabriel. I liked the duplex more for the larger space and the mattress (personal taste). But, both were organized and functional. I chose the flat 3 miracles for the commentary. Me drew attention to the compliments and made the reservation for this reason. Lidianne, its family and staff are very special. We had some setbacks, which were quickly resolved, without prejudice to our stay. The cordiality and welcoming of the team make all the difference. Lidianne thinks of all the details and takes pleasure in providing an impeccable stay: Beach kit, extremely well-kept and clean pool, convenience store open 24 hours, where you choose what you want, write down and then get it right at the end of your stay. Finally, I thank you very much for making our special holidays in a magical place full of affection! We hope to return!

Paula is a person of love! It was the best host my girlfriend and I could have in Maragogi. I was a little anxious, afraid of not being able to make some of the ideas I had, and as soon as I arrived at Cantinho, Paula tried to present the whole region to us using her beloved map (hahah), giving her the best indications of places and partners/acquaintances, who could provide us with the tours we planned to do and others who were entering the script with the passing of days. If you are staying at Cantinho da Paula, go in the peace of knowing that you will be in the care of a wonderful, warm and vibrant person who knows a lot about the place and will facilitate all your plans (and help you create new ones!). No doubt we will return again to Maragogi and we will do everything to stay again in Cantinho ❤️

we were very well received, the eh site on a quiet street, clean and safe space, I highly recommend.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is new, clean and organized. Good bed and pillows, good quality bedding and towels. Beach chairs and a cooler are available. What was lacking was the shower that heated up a few times during our stay. One suggestion: a large, full-length mirror would be interesting, as the bathroom mirror is very small and does not help when getting ready.

The apartment is delicious, the same in the photos released. Comfortable bed, new air-conditioned, excellent location next to a pizzeria and restaurant on Patacho. Contact with Ruskaya super fast and helped us whenever we need it. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

You all set according to the listing!! I loved staying at the FLAT and I'm sure I'll be there again, to be perfect just missing an air in the room like it's beachfront sometimes it was hot you know ?! More out this all quiet and perfect

Great accommodation, sophisticated environment, clean, well equipped and with pleasant decoration. The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Karina responds quickly and has been very solicitous despite the fact that I don't even need to contact you after check in. I plan to come back soon and recommend it to everyone.

It exceeded our expectations! Very clean place. Everything is brand new Cozy atmosphere! In our case, we really enjoyed the environment. The TV and complete, more modern apps for those who like to watch movies and games In my case, haha. Yara and Sirlene are very attentive. The condominium staff, too Many Gentiles For those who like a northeastern meal At night, there is a simple restaurant, but with very good seasoning, a 5-minute walk from the condominium. I'm grateful to God and to you who have given us a very valuable time

Amazing hosting. Extremely clean house, beautiful decor, everything you need was available. Very well-equipped kitchen, with Air fry, sandwich maker, very nice porcelain. Two bedrooms and two very comfortable bathrooms. In addition to having chairs, there is a sunshade and a cooler. Renata prepared a PDF with tips, it is certainly very unique. And I can't fail to mention Guadalupe, who took care of the details, left us treats to wait for and was super attentive. My daughters loved the leisure area, with lots of hammocks, huge pool. I'll definitely be back for more days.

It was a wonder, the super cozy space!! The barbara saved us, we checked in at 23 at night due to unforeseen with another accommodation we had taken… The stay there was amazing, the condominium is super complete and well located.

For lodging: The apartment is beautiful! Perfect! We love it. Super-equipped, spacious, quiet, very nice condo with a wonderful pool. As for the location: It is essential to go by car, as there is not much to do on foot, since the whole region needs a car to get around. No car I think it's unfeasible, already if you're by car it's perfect. The 4g internet signal in the city is very bad with several points without signal.

Our super stay was worth it! The photos and description reflect exactly what the location looks like! The apartment is a grace, the condo idem! On the side is a restaurant and is in front of a station with a service station! Ellen was super attentive with us! We'll be back soon for sure!!!

Excellent condominium structure, quick check in and with extremely educated attendants, we were very welcome. Pool and clean and well-organized outdoor area. Apartamento met expectations, we felt at home. The apartment was a little dirty when we arrived, but the next day they were cleaning. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was wonderful, I felt at home, the flat is a charm, well-equipped, everything clean, internet good. Super peaceful hosts. Everything I ordered was made available immediately. My Ap was on the 3rd floor and the view is wonderful, there is no price to have breakfast every day with the view of the scenery of the beach, very beautiful. It left the apartment and was already on the wonderful beach, a paradise. Quiet place for those who need concentration to work. I loved the stay and will come back more often to stay at Japaratinga Flat, an excellent cost-benefit.
