Staying at Espaco Amora was sensational. We felt at home and it was great to receive the family. It has entertainment for all ages with the barbecue, swimming pool and pool table. Everything was clean and even the pillows smelled good. Safe place with access to bakeries and markets nearby. Sheila quickly answered any questions and also sent suggestions. We'll definitely be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Andressa was a 10-star host: always very polite, attentive and willing to help. We were especially grateful that she lent us a stroller and provided extra bedding, going beyond what the listing promised. The place is very pleasant, clean, well maintained and with a welcoming energy — ideal for families with children. We really felt at home. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great service!

the house is a charm, has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 bunk beds, 3 single beds with 3 auxiliary beds. It accommodates well up to 14 people to sleep. The pool is amazing, has a grill with some utensils, in addition to 2 bathrooms. Rogério was very attentive, assisting me in every detail, supported me too much during the entire stay. It was all very light and quiet. in the garage only 1 car, but it is very spacious! it has a floor clothes, a new refrigerator and a brewery as well. The gourmet area is well equipped, it also has stools and chairs next to a 6-seat table. all the rooms have a closet where it is possible to accommodate bags and bedding/bathing. The location is quiet and easy to find. I recommend the location and also take repellent and electric/insecticide racket or poison for taking, because in the night period the space is very busy with insects and rsrs. in addition, I hope to rent again as the experience was amazing! I highly recommend the host and their place

great beautiful house I wanted to live there

Our stay was excellent, the house is faithful to the listing and we felt at home, everything was impeccable, clean, complete, comfortable. Near the house there is everything, supermarkets, pharmacy, the location is great for all the places we need to go. Agile and easy communication with the host, we needed to stay longer due to work and we resolved it calmly; the power went out on our first day and it was resolved very quickly. There are two houses in the same space with a shared entrance, everything is very quiet, we had an inconvenience only on Sunday with the resident of the house next door and we communicated with the owner Sônia. The garage is very tight, but we left the car on the street, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend it for sure, you can rent without fear! Returning to Rio Preto, we will stay in the same house for sure!

Well, they just take a while to release the apartment. I was supposed to check in at 2:00 p.m., it was 2:20 p.m. and they were still cleaning. And they take a long time to pass the password to enter the apartment. Other than that, great location, very cozy and impeccable place.
