We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

Wonderful location, very quiet, and with options in the house for every taste. The days we spent hosting were great, with no unforeseen events and everything went very well. The host was helpful whenever we needed it and I highly recommend this place.

Very nice house. Super comfortable. A very helpful and attentive host whenever we need him. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

The cottage is amazing! Well located, quiet street and close to the beach. The house, besides being beautiful, is very well equipped. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. In addition, we were greeted with a treat from the host. Roberto also offered several really cool tips on places and what to do in the area. We highly recommend the space!

Thiago was a great host, made it easy for us to check in and check out, responded very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Goldens! We went to the beach (after all, the house is right on the sand) even with rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and I'll be back as often as I can ♥️

Clair is very good people, he did not rest until he was sure I was 100% comfortable. The house is extremely cozy, clean, smelling and very well-equipped. The place is peaceful and relaxing for those who live in urban agglomerations and want to de-stress. The only way out is that as the suspension bridge over the lagoon is closed, the sea is far away for those on foot. But the overall balance was very good, I intend to return someday!

These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

The property is exactly as shown in the photos, a very peaceful place, to renew your energy, fresh air.... wooded. Everything was impeccable, from the organization to the small details that made the difference in our stay, clean and organized house, it was feeling at home away from home, the rooms, bathroom etc... impeccable, full kitchen, extremely clean yard. Excellent bed, table and bath, smelling good... anyway, everything was very perfect, the people and the pampering, my God...... wooooooooonderful, the cake and etc ...the quality of the ingredients was remarkable. Vera was careful, zealous, concerned and made a video showing how to get there, because it was a rural area, but there was no mistake, GPS led the way exactly. My family and I were very happy with our stay, we would like to thank you for all the hospitality and for taking care of the place, absolutely fantastic and cozy.

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

A very quiet, quiet and safe place . Great for resting, fishing, meeting with friends. The house was as described. All very clean and organized. House complete with many utensils available. And we were also greeted with great affection and a coffee table set with a lot of whim! Leidi answered all questions very quickly and attentively. I definitely recommend the place.
