Cozy house in Vila Valqueire with easy access to commerce and transportation. The house is in front of a public square frequented by families and with several Food Trucks from Thursday to Sunday, which makes the area very busy and safe. 250 MB Wi-Fi included use of Netflix on Smart TV.
