Our house is a retreat with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and lots of hammocks for relaxing. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, and an outdoor area for up to 3 cars. We are just 200 meters from Grussaí Beach Post 3, and a few minutes from the Gastronomic Pole, SESC and Liberdade Avenue, where shops and restaurants are located. Pet Friendly Environment!

Casa da Praia is a retreat in Chapéu do Sol. Quiet and very fresh , it is the perfect place to relax and also gather family and friends. The outdoor area is delicious, with lots of greenery, hammocks , swimming pool and barbecue area. Such a nice place that you don't want to leave. It is, in fact, the best option for those who want to escape the routine, the heat and need to reenergize. (WE DO NOT HAVE BED AND BATH LINEN AVAILABLE)

Four-bedroom house in Grussaí.

The experience of spending the new year in Chapeu do Sol/Grussai, at Angelica's house, was wonderful. The house looks like a farmhouse on the beach, with a huge balcony, large and very airy rooms, all very clean, organized and with all the amenities. The house is so wonderful that I believe the pictures do not do justice to the place. The host is amazing, with all the letters! She walked with us for two days introducing the beaches in the area and the places she considers interesting and that, in fact, were very interesting. In the new year she had the sensitivity to invite us to spend the turn with her friends, for realizing that we were alone. This experience was indescribable. My mother and I will have no doubt in referring Angelica's home to our friends and family. In our case, we have a certainty: starting a year with feelings such as respect, honesty, sincerity, hospitality and gratitude is undoubtedly starting the year on the right foot. Angelica, from the heart, thank you very 🙏🏼much We want you and your family to receive double everything you've provided. We start the year with an AirBnB friendship. This was my 2016/2017 experience! 🌟

The space matched the advertisement, and the host gave clear instructions for the location. We arrived at dawn and there was a concierge to facilitate check-in. There were extra mattresses in the accommodation. We left very early to continue the trip, but if necessary, it would be a good place to stay.
