The house exactly matches the listing. The place is gorgeous, the house super comfortable, it has everything you need, everything working perfectly, the river that passes at the bottom of the backyard is perfect. The chekin was super easy, Lúcia received us very well, gave great tips. It's well worth knowing.

Best stay I've ever had on Airbnb. The place delivers much more than in the photos, the river a few meters from the house is beautiful, the pool is wonderful. The house is extremely clean, and very well decorated, it has everything you need. We were greeted by the friendly Sonia with coffee, several charming details such as towels arranged with flower branches, and other treats that, if I tell you, it loses its charm. She was extremely helpful and made us very comfortable. I'm in love with the house. The place invites you to come back, and we will definitely be back.

Messiah was so kind and available. The house is spacious and has the necessary kitchen utensils for the preparation of meals. We were in 7 people, including children and 2 dogs. It is close to the Black River and 7 km from Rio Preto State Park. We're thrilled!

Mirope was a very helpful and caring host. She has a great response time for the doubts I had and gave clear instructions on how to get to the place.The environment was exactly like the photos of the listing.The paradise site is close to Lapeiro beach (where there is a restaurant) and has the peace and amenities necessary to have a good and relaxing stay.Mirope was always available to assist us. The great advantage,in my opinion,is the excellent cost-benefit.

The charming two-story structure is surrounded by lush greenery, with a mix of natural stone and painted walls. Balconies are visible on the upper level, framed by trees, while the pathway leads to beautiful landscaping featuring various plants and flowers.
