It was a great place to stay.There were many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets, especially around.It is also about a 15-minute walk from the night market and the train station (about a 20-minute walk from the Yilan Bus Terminal).The bedroom was also quiet and comfortable, usually in the living room.There was a lot of people coming and going (short-term guests), but there was no problem, and the cleaning (my own room for a long stay was cleaned by myself) and my mother came to take care of the garbage!The owner's response will also quickly resolve any issues you may have.I had a comfortable stay for a month, this accommodation is recommended.

The owner is kind and close to each other, can respond to questions quickly and prepare a lot of thoughtful courtesy, parking is also very convenient, I can't leave even three nights in the same place, I highly recommend it to friends who are coming to Hualien to play.

Absolutely perfect place!!

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful homestay in Taiwan, and it truly felt like staying at a relative’s house. Our host, Gene, was fantastic. For example, one morning, he noticed that we hadn’t bought breakfast for ourselves and kindly brought us some delicious bread and fruits. He was very friendly, always proactive with recommendations, and took the time to ask about our day. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The space itself was homely, calm, and clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. Gene provided clear instructions on how to reach the place, which made our arrival smooth. While the surrounding area may not be as bustling or touristy as Taipei’s main area, we personally really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Sanxia Market is nearby (within walking distance), and we spent an entire day there on Sunday. It can get quite crowded on weekends, but it's really interesting and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

[Check-in Environment] You can also see the environment exactly like the pictures when you actually check in, the interior of the house is clean and the hardware is clean and maintained, it can be seen that the space is maintained with care, the space is planned for the upper floor, but it is not crowded at all for four people to stay.

Allen is very helpful to make sure guest is well settled. The location is good and walkable to town center. I enjoyed my stay at Allen's place.

If you are looking for a room with a hot spring tub, the room is a great value. However, if you don't care about the hot spring bath, then the room might not be the best choice. The layout of the room and the low bed and table make it inconvient for people with mobility issues. But if your looking for a very affordable room in the middle of the town with a hot tub big enough for two, I highly recommend this.
