By JR, get off at JR Kurilin Park North Exit Station, the second station from Takamatsu Station, and walk about 5 minutes. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We pride ourselves on the coziness and location of the entire detached house. It can be used by a wide range of people, including families, groups of friends, and couples. There is also a famous Japanese park, Kurilin Park, nearby. There is also a cheap and delicious Sanuki Udon shop and a convenience store just around the corner. Also, if time permits, our family dogs, Momo, Rinka, and Karen, will also come to greet you. The exterior of the house is Japanese-style, but the interior has a Western-style room with a West Coast vibe, as well as a Japanese-style bedroom and workspace. The western-style room on the north side of the second floor has a double bed, and the western-style room next door can sleep up to 3 people on futons. There are 3 beds on the ground floor, and air conditioning is installed in each room. There are 3 air purifiers. Alcohol disinfectant and masks are also available. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, oil, etc. It is also fully equipped with a washing machine and detergent. KAIWA NO SATO This old house is an indigo mansion built in the first year of the Bunsei era (1804) during the heyday of indigo. The main house and the sleeping area (a barn where indigo was stored) have been demolished due to aging, but the historic living room and garden have been preserved to allow guests to experience a little bit of that time, and it is used as a farmhouse inn. In the old days, "Indigofera" grew on the fertile land of the Yoshino River basin in Tokushima Prefecture, bringing great wealth to Tokushima Prefecture (Awa Province). Ancient documents on indigo, including cultural properties, are also available for viewing. The building is a separate two-story building, and the first floor bedroom has 6 beds, and the second floor Japanese-style room can be used with up to 2 futons, so it can accommodate 6-8 people. It is ideal for families and friends, as well as for student training camps and seminars, as it has a family-type kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to Yellow Pumpkin, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing while staying in Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time in Naoshima in a room with plenty of wood handled by a local construction company. We have also started a Naoshima sightseeing tour for Ohana guests. There are many places in Naoshima, such as the art museum, that require reservations in advance, and we hope to provide a more fulfilling Naoshima sightseeing experience for those who use the tour, such as arranging tickets, pick-up and drop-off by car, and even sightseeing in Naoshima by rental bicycle.
