Beachfront vacation rentals in Santo Stefano di Sessanio

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

Great apartment and very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen there was no shortage of dishes. We had a great time in particular regarding the proximity to the sea and amenities. Antonio was always available and courteous in particular on the occasion of a breakdown of an important appliance, he immediately went out of his way to find a replacement and saved the situation. The only drawback of the apartment was the lack of air conditioning for us, on certain nights we missed it. Fortunately, the heat was not comparable to that of the Po Valley, so all in all it went well with the fans only. Ultimately great apartment, great location and great host. Recommended

We returned from Germany and stayed there for 5 days. The owner, Mr. Bruno, was very kind, very helpful and friendly. He immediately put us at ease. The house was impeccable, avant-garde, clean and with great amenities. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the sea, the park road and supermarkets. If necessary, we will definitely book there. Super recommended.

Paolo is a kind and responsive host, and was also helpful with any questions I had. The place itself is very peaceful, with good light, and located close to the sea and nearby Pescara as well. Paolo lent me a bicycle during my stay, which was a big plus, as this made it easy to travel to and from the city. I enjoyed my stay very much, and would recommend the place to anybody wanting a peaceful stay near the sea, not far from the mountains, and also close to the city.

The listing looks exactly as pictured. Laila was kind in every interaction, welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic for those who want to enjoy some sea quietly, without having to move a little. In fact, a few minutes away is Pescara, which is closer than Montesilvano being the accommodation right on the border with the city (I mean the pedestrian area where you can take a walk in the evening, with stalls, etc.). Also a strategic point for trips on the coast, a short distance away there is also the whole part dedicated to overflow, really beautiful. Returning to the house, this is comfortable, with everything you need for a good vacation. To mention a few plus: A/C, Dishwasher, wonderful view, comfortable kitchen with dishwasher. Things to improve:I would only say the bed, I found it a little uncomfortable. Overall everything is very good, thank you Laila for your hospitality!

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Perfect place for a couple without kids. A tiny studio, where there was everything you would expect, but we didn't miss anything. The beach was really close, about 100 meters. Alessandro was very kind and helpful, always helpful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

We were let into the place by Silvia, who also gave us advice on the restaurant and told us what we could find in the area. The place is really 2 minutes from the beach. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

Small comfortable apartment right on the beach. For three to four people it is very comfortable. Restaurants nearby, nearest shop 7 min walk. While we stayed in the apartment, a truck came to the house almost every day and sold fruit, vegetables and watermelons. The main advantage of this apartment is of course the proximity of the beach. We went swimming in the sea several times a day. I went swimming, went swimming, came back to the apartment, showered, cooled down under the air conditioner and went swimming again. There is a free beach nearby and several paid beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Nicola's apartment confirms all the excellent expectations: rich in amenities, in an optimal position with respect to the beaches (3 minutes walk), tidy and clean. We were greeted with absolute courtesy, and we received directions for access and some apartment utilities even before arrival. Very practical and streamlined check-in and check-out. Given the very hot week we found, we really appreciated the air conditioning. The parking space is also very useful. If we have the chance to return to Montesilvano it will certainly be our first choice.

What a great vacation we had in Roseto. Perfect location for a beach getaway with kids. Eleonora's apartment is located in a strategic location and to experience the vacation in the sign of relaxation. Facing the sea, a short walk from the station, the playground of the central pine forest and the shopping and clubs street. The two-room apartment is equipped with every comfort, new and super well-kept. Eleonora was quick to communicate and her mother welcomed us in the best of ways. I highly recommend it and hope to be back next year.

Benny and Marco were wondering and so was their place. we met Benny for check-in and he was so nice and showed us all around. The house was great, with plenty of space and a beautiful balcony area. There was a lot within walking distance as well. Additionally the restaurant downstairs, Vinarrosto, was amazing. Dino, the owner, was a delight and spoke both Italian and English. Their food wonderful and we are there several times!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

The appartment was a great base for a sports competition in the region. It is a short walk to the beach, some good restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. The balcony is never in direct sun (in September) so a perfect space to sit out and relax at any time of the day or night, enjoying the warm weather without the intense sun. Having a washing machine and freezer available was also really useful. Other plus features include a really good wifi connection and a decent shower! Parking in the street outside was always available. Alessandro was a perfect host, responding quickly to any questions and ready to offer suggestions for things to do if we needed them. His English is good so there was no problems in communication. We had no issues throughout the stay.
