The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The only thing I would say is that, the roosters from the property across the street wake you up everyday at 5 am. This isn’t the hosts fault, it just part of being in the an island. Other than that- everything went well.

It's always a pleasure to stay in Elvis place, when we stay there we feel right at home everything is always clean and spotless and very confortable to stay in, you have everything you need to feel right at home, Elvis is always attentive and responsive, as long as the place is available I won't stay anywhere else when I'm at the city.

Overall, our experience was good. To be in the Dominican Republic or any 3rd world country, ensuring our safety and security is key and staying here was just that. There’s Cameras, metal bars in addition to a gate that covers each window. I really appreciated that ! The music surround sound, television and overall the comfortability of the apartment was A1. The only thing I didn’t like was the owner’s customer service/vibe. I felt like he could of been more nice or approachable. My husband is going to be mad I even mentioned this, sorry bebe lol but I live for the reviews. As businessmen that we are, everywhere we go, we always make sure to take care of the property as if it was our own. In addition to paying the Air bnb cleaning fee, we paid a cleaning lady to clean the apartment as well. To conclude, I would recommend staying here. Location is accessible to many places that are a must to visit to eat !

Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

This gentleman understood the problem I had with the earlier b and b. He made sure that I had hot water!! It was life changing to be able to simply take a hot shower!! Great service and I had a chance to meet him at random walking the stairs , what a gentleman!! When I stay in this area , I am staying here! Everything worked!! Kitchen was equipped. Washer worked! Great place! Very comfortable and centrally located where the action is in Santo Domingo!
