The location is great with amazing views of the mountains!! The apartment has everything needed. Mauricio was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.

Spacious apartment, right in the city center and close to subway and supermarkets. Enough for a weekend! One side of the mattress is a little deep, but it doesn't make the bed uncomfortable. I had trouble connecting the wifi to the TV and the host was willing to solve the problem.

The place is very comfortable, we only stayed one night and it was fine. We used the parking lot without any problems and the person at the front desk was very friendly.

The stay is exactly as shown in the photos, excellent location, comfortable and spacious apartment. Maria José is a great host, she was always available and concerned, she left subway cards, treats and the apartment was super clean and tidy. It has everything for the stay, lots of dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, umbrellas, children's games, hair dryer… in short, all the necessary accessories for a great stay. Just below the building, there is a cafeteria, mini market and shopping mall, among other stores, just a few steps away. No complaints to make, only compliments, both from the accommodation and the host. I highly recommend it!!

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

Great place and felt like home.

Beautiful cabin. Cozy, comfortable and comes with everything you need to make your stay comforting. The beds are wonderful and the cabin decoration is very quaint. It is much nicer than the photographs and it is a space that is carefully designed for those with children. The forest is beautiful, our son enjoyed to the fullest and so will we. The place itself was amazing, and in an idyllic setting. It was exactly as described, and in a great neighborhood. The whole stay was so easy. But what really made the trip was the host, Susana. What an amazing human! She was both attentive and respected privacy at the same time. She made it feel like I was staying with family, something that is like what Airbnb started out as. She is kind, considerate, and cool! Susana was extremely helpful and made my time in Santiago much more special. I will definitely stay here again when in Santiago!
