Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Casa molto accogliente, come in descrizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Ovindoli. La proprietaria, Bruna, molto disponibile e cortese. Ci siamo trovati tutti bene, torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie Bruna

Monia's place works very well for a long term stay. It's a very silent and peaceful area. The home is quite modern with nice style and has what you need for daily living including an ok desk for remote working. Note, that the wifi does not span the full house but easily fixed buying a cheap wifi repeater. Perfect with several outside sitting areas and the upper terrace. Daily shopping and a few restaurants is within 15-20 minutes walk. Only missing a good local bar for your afternoon Aperitivo - here you may need to drive down town. The location is perfect for trips to Roma (1 hour with train) and trips to Assisi, Spoleto, etc. Monia is a very good host. Flexible and quick responses when needed. l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!

Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Essere a casa di Giorgio è come essere a casa, ma con la possibilità di una vista mozzafiato e di un camino che scalderebbe tutti i cuori. Giorgio un host impeccabile e super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
