It consists on the ground floor of a living room with large TV (127 cm), fully equipped open kitchen and bathroom. You will find a bedroom (1 double bed) and a landing (2 single beds) upstairs. Our place is located 10 min from Roscoff, 20 min from Morlaix, 40 min from Brest-Guipavas airport.

We had a great stay in the house. Near a week to enjoy the walks on the beaches a few hundred yards away. The weather was not with us but we were able to enjoy the exceptional amenities of the house (pool and spa at the top!!!). The location is great and the house is really beautiful! Everything has been designed for everyone to stay at home! The welcome by the owners is very warm: some local products offered upon arrival, a decorated Christmas tree was installed in the house and of course recommendations on the must-sees of the region to visit (places, restaurants...). They are always available when needed, whether in advance for preparations or during the stay! We loved our first visit to Brittany and will be happy to return to this house.

A modern villa is presented with large glass doors that connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The exterior features a spacious deck with several lounge chairs and a hot tub. Lush, artificial grass surrounds the area, creating a welcoming outdoor environment.

Frédéric's house is really very beautiful, spacious, bright, very well-equipped and perfectly clean. We had a wonderful time. And Zoé is very responsive and responds to our questions quickly. We are so excited for this stay!

Adorable semi-detached house with the owners' house, but independent entrance, private garden, peaceful, with shed where there are bicycles, deckchairs, parasols... The accommodation itself is very well designed, very clean, warm. Kitchen, appliances and many impeccable utensils; Upstairs bedroom with bathroom, great! Good bedding, plenty of storage, well-equipped. I highly recommend this listing! And the contact with Sandrine has always been very cordial, a real pleasure. And we had the pleasure of tasting Serge's peach. Thank you

Small apartment but well arranged, with just what you need. Clean, great location and easy to reach. Beautiful view with this relaxing hammock and this magnificent landscape. Just the weather wasn't with us, but that doesn't change the fact that we had a pleasant stay thanks to this landscape and this beautiful location.

Clean accommodation, very well arranged and decorated. We were very well hosted by Michèle and Daniel. The accommodation is very well located, several walking trails and beaches are within walking distance. At the end of October, we were able to enjoy the terraces for lunch and reading in the sun. Hosts are responsive and discreet. We recommend it :)
