This wonderful apartment is located in the estate of Martingil, Chouto, Chamusca, about 30 km from the Montargil dam. It has three bedrooms of about 20 sq. meters, one with a double bed and a private bathroom (terrace/nature view) and two bedrooms with two single beds (pool view). The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 living rooms with sofas, 3 fireplaces (one with a heat recuperator), a dining room and a games table.

The property offers mountain views and features its own produce including herbs and olive oil, with shared toys and books for children available.
