We booked from the 12th to 03/19. We were in 8 people and everyone loved the apartment and his location. We arrived in the early hours and we had no problem getting in. It was perfect, everything we needed was all around us and there was a lot of security because the night was a guard on the corner. If I have a chance, I'll come back more often. Clean and smelling apartment, clean bed and bath linens, a complete apartment, we feel at home.

The location of Eduardo's apartment is one of the best in Ponta verde. Near restaurants and 02 supermarkets. Very close to the beach. In spite of the heat that was in Maceió, the air conditioned worked perfectly; the apartment serves 03 guests very well. Possible 04 guests? Yes it is possible, but it would have to stay in the living room. But this is very clear in the announcement. Overall, note 05 for Eduardo's apartment. Next return in Maceió, I know where I will be.

Perfect apartment, well located, all very well cleaned. The decoration is of very good taste, every detail conveys warmth and sophistication. The atmosphere is super nice and cosy, you can feel the affection and care in each space. I loved it.

Sergio is an excellent host, always available and with good recommendations. The apartment is much better than the photos, large and spacious. We used all the facilities and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, we used a car and the parking was very useful, but even walking you are close to everything you need for your stay, which was amazing.

The house is great, simple, clean and cozy. When we walked in, it smelled great. For me, the only flaw was that it only had one bathroom and no key to lock it (in the rooms as well). Other than that, everything was very good. I really liked the kitchen ❤️

i have stayed on many Airbnb in Brazil, and many hotels around the world. never feel so at peace, in a house so simple yet full of love, and full of God. speaking of the house itself. spacious, great for a group, well located, the hostess, this one I cannot but emphasize , an unusual woman, a person with a soul full of light , flexible, an example of how to receive and serve people!!! thank God for everything , I indicate the house too much, for everything that hides behind this great value ! and that's it!

Aunt's place is simply perfect and he was extremely dear and flexible and attentive with us and my whole family - we were in a huge group and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend it.
