Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. You will feel like you are in Texas in our house, which is located in a gated community inside a farm on the shores of Lake Itaipu. A quiet and familiar place where you can enjoy the countryside climate, ride horses, see the farm animals and still be 20 minutes from Foz do Iguaçu, Cidade de Leste and Argentina. We have a private swimming pool and beach tennis, and you can also use the condominium's tennis and bocce courts.

House with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, a combined living room and kitchen, a social bathroom and a covered garage. Attention! ⚠️ Do not use Rua Medianeira to get to the residence. This street is made of clay and usually causes vehicles to get stuck... When you arrive in Foz do Iguaçu, follow Rua Maria Ignez Maran and turn right onto Rua Atlântida. House number 687.
