Vacation rentals with beach access in Santa Marinella

What a beautiful apartment. It was quiet, very spacious, and absolutely lovely. The kitchen was the best we had on our trip, so much so that we cooked in it a few times while we were there. The location was perfect with both private and public beach access within 3 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again. What a wonderful way to spend the last few days of our vacation.

Fabrizio was very helpful and very informative to us. Apartment was so cozy and sparkles. Definitely worth it. We love the atmosphere included the restaurants and shops. Fabrizio was so nice to picked up at the airport and later took us to the port so we can get to our cruise. We want to come back in the future with our boys. Gracias Fabrizio!!

We really liked the apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. We also enjoyed breakfast with a sea view on the open balcony. The location of the apartment is very convenient, next to the train stop, which takes us to Rome in 30 minutes and for 1.5 euros. Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation.

Helpful and easy to find

Great location 1 block from the beach. Very good check in information and nice clean property.

Our 1-night stay at Sara's place was great and ideal for an early morning flight from the airport. The apt was very clean and communication was great. Sara even ordered a local taxi for us and sent restaurants recommendations.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

A wonderful apartment right next to the beach. We loved it here!

Frederica’s apartment is exactly as described. She goes the extra mile by having bottled water and snacks on hand. She was very responsive and helpful. Very much appreciated her flexibility with an early check in. The location of this apartment is awesome!! Very near city center, many restaurants, shopping, beach and easy walk to the cruise terminal. We would stay here again!

Andrea was very helpful and went over and beyond. Gave great suggestions and was a tremendous help, would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and large enough for three adults to live and relax. The large balcony was the highlight of the location looking out over the Mediterranean. And the location was great for restaurants and the beach. Giorgia’s attention to detail was great, leaving us a fruit basket and wine from her grandfather’s vineyard. She was also very helpful with directions to other locations and responded quickly. The location had easy access to the train. Cafe and gelato kiddy corner from the location, full of locals and delish! We would return again❣️

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Great stay. Conveniently located above a nice selection of restaurants. The folks in the restaurants were very friendly and served very good food and wine. Easy, short walk to train station, port terminals, and beach.

We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation was outstanding—even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being provided with beach towels and the convenient partnership with the beach club right across the street, where we could purchase access directly at the front desk. A special mention to the fact that some of the staff spoke French, which made our stay even more comfortable. And a heartfelt thank you as well for organizing the airport transfer at such a very affordable price — it made everything so much easier. Thank you again for your care and attention!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for a trip to Rome. Immediate beach location for relaxing hours, to Rome it is about 60 minutes (25 on foot + 35 by train). Ostia itself also has a lot to offer.
