Storage room with large fridge and freezer. Separate toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, soft sheets and high quality towels and pool towels. Breathtaking view of the valley of the Trigno. Private pool (open from april till november). High quality garden furniture and two parasols.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean apartment perfectly matching the description, as well as equipped with all comforts.

We enjoyed staying at Archistudio, so clean and neat, spacious, had everything we needed. In fact the beautiful architectural designs on the walls have inspired my son to be an architect. So lovely to have left us wine, pasta and sauce for us to cook up. It was close to restaurants, a Panificio a few doors down and close to the main Corso of the town. Sometimes we had to drive around a few times to gain a parking close by in the streets, but other than that it was perfect. Thankyou Francesco!

Lovely place and amazing views! Mountain View’s ,and countryside view’s .What more could you ask for?.You feel like you have the place to yourself and feel in the middle of nowhere ,yet 10 mins drive to lanciano town and 15 mins to the beach. Kamala was great at communicating and guiding us on places to visit,nearby restaurants.we will definitely be coming back soon when we are next in Abruzzo.Thanks Kamala & Les xx

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Excellent attention that was always given to us, they were attentive to us as if we were family. We finished breakfast at his house he prepared us of everything cakes fruit everything and made us take us for the trip . I would honestly return again and again because I really felt like family !!! Even the depto had absolutely everything but everything literal .
